Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Châteauneuf-Grasse

Thomas accomodated most of our needs with best of his attentions. I recommend this place, for those with families wanting private time.

Beautiful and very well-equiped apartment in a peaceful countryside with absolute privacy. Paul and Nicole were lovely hosts who gave us a lot of tips and were at our disposal at all times. We felt like at home and enjoyed our stay to the fullest.

Adam’s place was stunning. It was tranquil, the sweet smell of flowers outside the property was lovely, house extremely well maintained inside and out. Easy to take day trips around Côte d’Azur and his recommendations were excellent and helpful and local people were lovely and kind. My husband cycled daily and I found great running routes nearby. Can’t wait to return! A true vacation for our entire family

Chrystelle was very approachable throughout, from booking, through our stay until our leaving. The place is beautiful, so is the whole property very well taken care of. The chapel lacks nothing, was spotless and the guests await a proper folder with detailed information about Grasse. Chrystelle is very warm, sophisticated and a respectful host. We had a wonderful stay at Christophe’s Airbnb — it was the perfect escape from the busy tourist spots along the coast. The house is nestled up in the mountains, which makes it very quiet and relaxing, with beautiful surroundings. There is a charming small village just behind the Airbnb, and it’s also very close to St Paul de Vence, which is lovely to visit. We opted to rent a car, which I highly recommend, as it makes getting around much easier and more convenient — plus, the Airbnb has a parking space available. Christophe was very helpful and even arranged a taxi/private car service for us before we decided to just rent a car. Taking the bus is possible, but it can be a hassle if you have a lot of luggage. One thing to keep in mind: the stairs inside the house are quite steep, so it may not be ideal for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues. Overall, we loved the tranquility, the nearby village, and Christophe and his wife's warm hospitality. Would definitely stay again!

There were three of us at Celine and Julien's house in early May 2025. Both are very accommodating and friendly, inquiries were answered promptly. Thank you both for that. The house is perfectly located for visits to the surrounding villages and towns (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, etc.) as well as for starting extensive hikes. The pool offers a very nice and popular way to refresh afterwards. The rooms are very nice, the kitchen is huge and invites you to cook with friends. We would always love to come again. Walter's home is a wonderful oasis for all who appreciate peace and nature! The house is furnished with a lot of love and taste, it has everything you need to feel immediately comfortable. We especially enjoyed the spacious terrace, the winter garden with the beautiful view of the countryside! Since the described access goes down the slope over hill and dale, travel bags are definitely the right choice and not for guests with limited mobility. Dear Walter, also in this way a big thank you for the hospitality, also the fast and nice communication. Glad to come back!

we were happy with both the house and the cleanliness... a little less because in the evening most of the places were closed, but fortunately with the functional kitchen at our disposal we spent nice evenings...

I still can’t believe my luck finding this place! The apartment was incredibly clean and tidy, with everything you could possibly need - including extra blankets, beach towels provided, and a well stocked kitchen. And the view out the window is absolutely stunning! The restaurants in the village square were great, and the Renoir museum is close by and a must-see. I hope to be back one day!

Very nice apartment, extremely well-equipped and 1 min walk to the center and parking included in the rental (which is appreciated because it is difficult to find a place otherwise). Air conditioning is a real plus given the heat. Lots of recommendations and communication with Magali and Cédric was perfect. Attention for people with reduced mobility, it is located on the 3rd floor without elevator. Lively neighborhood during the day, and can be a little noisy at night but the hosts have nothing to do with it.

We had an amazing stay at Adrien's apartment. Valbonne is very pretty and the atypical place where the house is located is really beautiful. Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

We absolutely loved this cozy and beautiful apt. The view was worth the money! Frederic was super nice and helpful, responsive and flexible, provided recommendations for local restaurants. Walkable to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We found the parking right outside the building very easy too!

Céline is really friendly and helpful! She responds very quickly and is always available. She makes sure everything is perfect and that we have everything we need. The accommodation is very clean and the views are superb. The grocery store just down the street from the building is super convenient and there are plenty of things. We had a great stay at the apartment. It was spacious enough for four adults, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Kevin is a great host—friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
