A living space with integrated kitchen overlooking a south-facing terrace. Not overlooked and quiet with views of the meadows of quiet mares.

Nice 45 m2 apartment fully furnished in 2021 and redecorated in 2025. Located in the southern district of Vertou, in front of the vineyards and 5 minutes from the South Pole shopping center. Direct access to walking tours from the house. 20 minutes by car from the center of Nantes. The apartment is adjoining our house, with a private parking space. Ideal for working during the week or your weekend getaways! Quiet area, accessible only by car.

La Forge du Curé, nature and authenticity

Located in the outbuildings of a former presbytery, the Forge du Curé welcomes you quietly, not far from the Sèvre. The totally independent accommodation consists of a large living room with fitted and equipped kitchen, dining area and living area with sofa bed and TV. From there, 5 steps lead down to a hallway with workspace, which serves the bedroom and bathroom. Sheets and towels are provided We cannot accept parties or events in the Airbnb.

We offer you to stay in an annex of our home (separate from our home), which we have completely renovated. The place is located in the Nantes vineyard, 20 minutes from downtown Nantes. The house is fully equipped, a beautiful bright living room with living room/kitchen, a real 140 x 190 sofa bed. In the bedroom, a 140 X 90 bed. Added to this is a bathroom with a walk-in shower and all the comforts you need. We look forward to welcoming you!

Ideal for business trips or vacations.

17th century estate manor house (former castle), 20 minutes from the centre of Nantes and 15 minutes from mediaeval Clisson. Just recently renovated. Beautiful scenery and surroundings (vineyards, orchards etc). Ideal for large groups with capacity up to 14 guests: Team-building or groups of friends (up to 9-10 persons) 3 families (i.e. parents in each master bedroom and children / teenagers in smaller rooms (up to 12-14 guests)
