A lovely, spacious balcony is placed on the sunny side with view to a small garden. The apartment is perfect for families or couples. Pets are allowed. No lift.

Welcome to our house built in 1914, it is 340kvm and a perfect house for a family and friends gathering. We have a big garden and barbecue area and 400 m. down to the seashore. Approx. 7 min. walk to the train station and 15 min by train up to Copenhagen city center. The house has five bedrooms, two bathrooms (one ensuite) and one toilet. In two of the bedrooms we have 180x200cm beds and the rest has 140x200cm beds. We also have two really good mattresses for those who don’t wish to share.

Enjoy life in this peaceful and centrally located accommodation with its own entrance. You have your own kitchen, bathroom, toilet, a loft with a double bed, and a sofa bed on the ground floor that can be converted into another double bed with room for two. There is also a private courtyard - all just a stone's throw away from Lyngby's vibrant shopping and cafe scene. It's only 15 kilometers to Copenhagen, and a 16-minute train ride away.

You have two good shopping streets nearby and are very close to both Charlottenlund and Ordrup station. It is 15 minutes by train to Copenhagen Central Station and 10 minutes walk to the water. The house is an old merchant's farm, where the charm is at its best.

My apartment is located in the center of Skovshoved with walking distance to the harbor. It is a 2-room apartment with direct access to a sunny and private courtyard. In the courtyard there is a barbecue and fireplace. You can park for free, and there is a bus connection directly from the area every two hours to the center of Copenhagen.
