Monthly Rentals in Chard

This was a lovely quiet place to stay. High finish decor. If this place was on C4’s Four in a Bed, it’ll be the one place that receives over payments. It great value.

We had a lovely time staying at Heather’s place - the location is so beautiful and peaceful. The garden full of spring flowers was a delight and we loved hearing the birdsong in the mornings. There are good walks from the door and lots of good recommendations - we were lucky to have fantastic weather so the beach called, but the surrounding countryside is beautiful too.

What a little gem this place is ❤️the cottage is very cosy and well equipped with a delightful spacious outside space which we enjoyed relaxing in after a day of exploring the surrounding areas. Highly recommend this lovely cottage and its delightful host Penny.

Great barn, exactly what we expected based on the description and piece of cake to stay in. Well equipped kitchen and three bathrooms kept everything easy. Patio and landscaping particularly lovely, although we didn’t get to make best use of them owing to the time of year. While the two properties are quite distinct and the privacy - already fine - will increase as the shrubbery grows, extra fencing across the garden with a gate in the path to the other property would make the property truly dog friendly. A small dog would be fine in the patio area but our lurcher cleared the wall with no problem 🤣 An easy stay with just the right communication, perfect quick weekend getaway 👍
