Monthly Rentals in Charco de San Ginés

We had a very nice stay. The apartment is very cute and clean. We particularly enjoyed the view and that the island is very easy to explore from Arrecife (centrally located). It is also convenient that the parking garage had access right in front of the property. Even if the house is a bit noisy, we can definitely recommend the place.

Leticia’s apartment is stunning. It is much bigger than it appears in the photos and is furnished and decorated to a high standard. The bathroom is large with a great shower and the kitchen is very well equipped. The wine and chocolates were very much appreciated! The view from the apartment is great, either watching the sea or the comings and goings in the street below. There are plenty of great restaurants on the doorstep and supermarkets within 5 minutes walk. The bus station is about 10 minutes walk with buses travelling all over the Island. The service is cheap and easy to use. Arrecife is a great base to see the Island and has a less touristy feel than the resorts. All in all, highly recommended.

Apartment well located to visit the island, as it is halfway to all the sites of interest. Centrally located accommodation to stroll downtown and get to know Arrecife. If you are driving, it is quite difficult to find free parking, you can only in the white line areas.

Oliver's apartment is very well located, a few steps to Charco and its restaurants, to the old town around the church of San Gines, Malecon, museums, shopping street, etc. Nearby is a fish shop, a Mercadona and also the bus station is within easy walking distance. The apartment is stylishly furnished, large, airy and quiet. There is everything that is common on Airbnb, but also some that makes it easier to arrive and all in high quality. Oliver is always available, helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed it and if I come back to Arrecife, I'll definitely go here.
