Monthly Rentals in Chapel Hill

if you're looking for a place to stay in Carrboro, look no further. Eddie's very friendly, always responsive if you have any questions or remarks, and his place is as colorful as it is neat and clean (and he thinks of all sorts of convenient items to be present in the apartment). The kitchen has good quality of appliances (oven, microwave, fridge and freezer) for guests to feel right at home. The neighbors are friendly, the town is within walking distance, as is the free local public transit, and otherwise the property has ample parking. Will definitely recommend and will definitely visit again.

Great apartment--tons of natural light, comfortable beds, and a well-equipped kitchen. Lots of thoughtful touches that are uncommon in an airbnb rental--tote bags for shopping, reusable water bottles for walks, period products in the bathroom. This place is an easy walk to coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and Weaver Street Market, a nice grocery co-op that's also a kind of community hub. We had everything we needed for a reunion of grad school friends. I would definitely stay here again

Amazing host and cozy place. Staye here for a 3 months research stay, it was exaclty what I was looking for

I stayed at this place for three months (whole semester) and I had everything I needed for a longer stay. The apartment is beautiful (the pictures don't really do it justice), spacious, very comfortable. The area is really nice, peacefull, great for walking, running etc. I walked to the campus or took a bus, it was really easy to get around (I didn't need to rent a car). Nearest grocery shop is about 20 mins walk/5 mins by bus. Lyn and Brett are great hosts, I had complete privacy but they were just next door and always responded quickly whenever I had a question. I cannot recommend this place enough, I don't think you will find a better place to stay in Chapel Hill.
