The house is located on the banks of Sèvre Nantaise at the foot of Tiffauges Castle. We rent out part of our house that we have made independent. The accommodation includes an entrance hall, a veranda, a studio (with a bed, a sofa bed, a kitchen and bathroom), a laundry room, a pleasant garden 20 m from the house: between shade and river! Many walks await you whether you like hiking, running, trail running or mountain biking.

It has 3 bedrooms, a closed courtyard often uncut, to leave the flowers. Sheets, towels, shower gel and shampoo are provided. There's a Senseo coffee maker. No shutters, occupant curtains. Close to the basilica, for grand awakenings (at the time of mass).
