House full of charm and conviviality close to Puy-du Fou and Hellfest. This is my primary residence, fully renovated as a family last year before my transfer! It has 3 bedrooms, a closed courtyard often not mowed, to leave the flowers. Sheets, towels, shower gel and shampoo are provided. There is a senseo coffee maker. No shutters, curtains. Close to the basilica, for waking up in grandeur (at the time of Mass).

The house is located on the edge of Sèvre Nantaise at the foot of the castle of Tiffauges. We rent out part of our house that we have made independent. The accommodation includes an entrance hall, veranda, studio (with bed, sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom), laundry, pleasant garden 20 m from the house: between shade and river!
