Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

The indoor heated pool is at your disposal.

The Orfraie gîte

Within the Domaine de l 'Orfraie, at the borders of the plain and the Vendéen bocage, the Gîte de l' Orfraie is ideally located between La Rochelle and Le Puy du Fou, the ocean and the Poitevin marsh. You will enjoy its one hectare landscaped park as well as its heated pool in summer. It is composed of a bedroom with king size bed, bathroom with duo bathtub, shower and wc, equipped kitchen, seating area with sofa bed, and furnished terrace. ​

You will appreciate the calm of nature in this cottage created in 2021 in an old farmhouse. In the heart of the forest, not far from Vendee beaches, Puy du Fou, Poitevin marsh or La Rochelle . In the summer, enjoy the pool and terrace. Baby supplies possible. Bed made upon your arrival. Towels provided. If you want to come with friends, there is the option to book the adjoining cottage "guesthouse" to share a stay together.
