Monthly Rentals in Chang Moi Sub-district

It was very good value for money. It was clean, the room was big, and the downside was that the location was far from the old town. There was a pharmacy below, so it was easy to find. The owner was also kind.

We stayed at the Astra Condo in Kanyapuk's flat for 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay! The building is in a great location, a short walk to the nightmarket and Mae Kha Canal and there are good and cheap restaurants nearby. There is also a great Muay Thai gym 5min down the road. The building has awesome amenities with a rooftop pool and a nice gym & feels very safe. The apartment was exactly as described. It's a really nice place - clean and spacious! It is on the 15th floor so super easy to walk up to the gym / pool and Kanyapuk is a fab host, helpful and responsive.

The flat is exactly as it looks in the pictures. The area is quiet and there are a few restaurants nearby where you can have lunch, dinner or drink coffee. James is a fanstastic host and is always willing to help. If you are visiting Chiang Mai for the first time, I highly recommend staying in this place for a relaxing and good experience.

Walking right outside the back patio to the pools was really cool. Easy 15 minute scooter ride to get into town.
