The place was cozy and nice. It is on nice location which you can access to mall, 7-11 easily.

I loved the friendly and quick communication. The accommodation condition and detergent, shower supplies, even the smallest fixtures are all very well prepared. In particular, I was so satisfied that they prepared an ice bucket right away when I requested it in the middle of my stay. I am very satisfied with the host Tim to the point that I want to stay again, and I highly recommend it.

We had a lovely time staying at this nice airbnb. The space was very clean and spacious. It was a nice place to relax after spending a long day doing activities in Chiang Mai. The amenities like the pool and sauna were a great bonus for relaxation. Our family appreciated how it was a walkable distance from the night market.

Anni was an amazing host—she was very responsive and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The location was perfect, close to great restaurants and the night bazaar. We really enjoyed our time here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Would definitely come back!

Amazing location with great views! I had a great stay here — the location is truly perfect, close to everything yet quiet enough to relax. The swimming pool was definitely a highlight, with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. The apartment was exactly as described and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. John's place is one of the finest Airbnbs we have ever stayed in. The building is beautiful and the apartment is delightful. It is spacious and very well appointed. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is modern. John has furnished the apartment with everything a traveler would need. He has perfect instructions for everything in the apartment. His guide for the local area is outstanding. Many people are Airbnb Superhosts. John truly deserves the title as does his fabulous place.

The condo was in a quiet area of Nimman. Nice view, nice furnishings, good kitchenware, comfy bed, good bathroom facilities. Security guards were always on duty and very friendly and helpful. Pimpinan was easily contacted when we asked to extend our stay one day. This is a great place to stay if you want to get the feel of Nimman. Everything you could want is close to you.

Very very nice condo, the pool is gorgeous! Natty was extremely responsive with any query we had. This condo has everything you might need and is very comfortable for two people with the most gorgeous views of the mountains! I am so glad we stayed here! Go ahead and book it!

Great place to stay overall. Easy to access and there were parking lots available for cars. Walkable distance to nearby mall, night market, cafes and convenient store! The place is also safe to stay. The only issue i had was the noise of airplanes and heavy rain. If you are a light sleeper, this place is not recommended. Or else, overall is a good place to live!

Lanna’s place was perfect! It reminded me of my home - like home away from home. Lanna was probably by far one of the most helpful kind hosts I have experienced - I ended up injuring my ankle and lanna went out of her way to find her walking cast for me to try. As well as pulling up clinics - hospital and pharmacy for me. She is such a kind soul 💕 Her home was one of my favorite airbnbs I have stayed in

We just really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment itself is super light because of the large windows and because it’s a corner apartment, so you have light from both sides of the building, which we really really loved. It has everything you need in the kitchen/ bathroom etc. Yes you do hear the airplane, but you hear that everywhere on this side of Chiang Mai and it’s not disturbing and we got used to it really quick. The location of the apartment is great, with lots of shops around. If the apartment was still available, we would’ve extended our stay so definitely recommend the place!

We did last minute booking on the accommodation, but it was hassle free and Hayley was very responsive. The house was very neat and clean, we just felt like home. The infinity pool was a bonus for us because there were days we were just tired to go out and ended up spending time at pool. And, the location was good too, easy to get a ride and there is 7 eleven just across the condo. Overall, great stay and we would definitely book again if we are back to Chiang Mai.

The place is great, just as it appears. We used the pool once and that was cool & refreshing. Across the street are some food spots plus there are some food stalls that were simple and affordable (had egg over rice one day, street sushi another day). A number of massage shops nearby and other resturants that were walkable. I also walked to the grocery store & night market; totally doable with sneakers (I'd likely take a tuk-tuk if I was just in flip flops as those were relatively inexpensive). The elephant reserve, organic cooking class were both tours I setup with a shop on-site at the building. The temple tour with ex-monk was one I found online that was well worth it. Enjoy!

Located next door to Shangri La Hotel, 7-11 is a minute walk away, and BigC is a 10-minute walk away.If you like Chiang Mai Night Bazaar, it's basically within 20 minutes on foot.It's half an hour from the walking street of the ancient city, but it's very convenient to get a taxi. The apartment is fully furnished and there is a gym and small swimming pool on the rooftop.Although the interior is not brand new, it is acceptable overall, and the hygiene is good. The small disadvantage is that the sound insulation of the hallway at the entrance is average, but fortunately, the two-room layout of the room does not affect the bedroom.And the windows of the opposite hotel are very close, so if you mind privacy issues, you need to keep the curtains closed all the time. Anyway, it's a great value for money.
