Easy to check in, was a lovely clean space with full amenities Would happily book again :)

Lovely little annexe - perfect for a couple of nights stay. Clean and well equipped space which was comfy and welcoming. There is a big Asda about 5 minutes walk away. There is some road noise as the annexe windows are just behind a wall next to a fairly busy road. Also, worth noting that if you make use of the sofa bed, this takes up most of the space in the lounge and makes access to the kitchenette a bit tricky! We managed fine for one night though and it was a perfect overnight stop for our visit to University of Southampton open day. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Great location – we used it mainly as a base for visiting Paultons Park and it was perfect for that. The place was quiet, clean, and just what we needed. Jane was easy to get in touch with for any questions. We'd happily stay again.
