"Les Charmettes" T3 house (67 m2) on the ground floor, air-conditioned, 1 terrace, located at the bottom of our closed and secure property comprising our house, a large swimming pool and a pleasant garden. Electric roller shutters. Several parking spaces. Very quiet location, country setting, start of hiking trails. Beautiful panorama and sunshine. Close to Aix-Les-Bains, Bourget beach and lake 4 km away, ski resorts and Bauges Regional Park 30 minutes away. From Saturday to Saturday in summer.

This renovated, unique and spacious gîte, with an eco-responsible approach, is located 8 minutes from the city center of Chambéry and 6 minutes from the highway. The accommodation has an open private parking lot with 4 spaces, self check-in and high-speed WiFi (fiber) access. A playroom and outdoor playground will delight the little ones. The heated pool (not to be confused with a hot tub), which is shared with the hosts, is open from May to September inclusive, subject to favorable weather.

Located in a quiet village in the heart of the Chartreuse Regional Park, come and discover our atypical gîte and its exceptional view of the entire Chartreuse mountain range. Through its sloping window, you will feel surrounded by nature even when inside! A real corner of paradise to recharge your batteries and/or practice outdoor activities (cycling, mountain biking, hiking, trail...). Food store in the center of the village, 10 min walk. Swimming pool available depending on the season.

Charming old farmhouse, spacious (320m2), from the 18th century. Located in a 5-hectare green setting of natural beauty, in the Chartreuse and close to the clear and warm waters of Lake Aiguebelette. Around the lake you'll find restaurants, beaches, and an abundance of activities. Immediate access to several hiking trails. Winter activities accessible 40 m away by car. 18 people maximum (max 14 adults + children. No noisy celebrations or events. July/August, minimum 6 nights.

The Tiny House faces Lake Bourget on one side and the Massif des Bauges on the other. Living room-kitchen with a sleeping area and bathroom. Come and enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Aiguebelette. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool available from May to the end of September, the private hot tub available all year round as well as the outdoor wood-fired sauna and its terraces. The place is close to Exit 12 of A43 autoroute. We are 49 minutes to 1 hour from the ski resorts. This rental is only for 2 adults, no children (no additional people are allowed).
