Excellent spot for a large group! Lots of cozy space for hanging out and all the amenities for cooking large meals. It’s quite remote so difficult to get to if you don’t have a car, but there’s small cute bakery for bread.

Florence offers a spacious yet cosy and homely place with everything you might want and need for a perfect stay in an amazing area, surrounded by green pastures and beautiful mountains. Great option!

Thomas's house is amazing with a panoramic wahou view, ideal for a family weekend. The house is fully equipped, with many amenities that will appeal to both adults and children! Thomas is a great host , responsive, available and friendly. I recommend it in a second 😁

We had a fantastic family holiday with Paulina and Frédéric. Paulina gave fantastic recommendations of nice things to do in the region. We enjoyed it. The house is absolutely top for families with young children (toys, trampoline, playhouse,...), the house is very well equipped with air conditioning, automatic curtains,... Wonderful and comfortable house in a beautiful and peaceful surrounding, with an amazing host. Particularly recommended for families with kids. Location: Serene and beautiful surroundings, inside a private compound in the hills of Chambéry, while still being within walking distance from the center. Lots of privacy, with no direct views of any houses. Ideal for someone trying to escape the hustle and bustle of the city center. House and Amenities: Beautiful architect-designed house (just like in the pictures) with new and comfortable amenities. Very well equipped for long stays, with everything you need for cooking, washing, etc. Host: Brigitte was an amazing host, welcoming us on the first day and remaining extremely available and responsive to all questions and needs we had. She was sweet and caring, and genuinely concerned about our well-being and enjoyment of our vacation. Truly our home away from home. The most deserved 5-star review I've done in a while.

We had the fortune to stay the entire month of July and it was the vacation of a lifetime. Location is perfect with lots of things to do around the lake(biking,swimming,hiking,local food markets) and loads of fun day trips (Chamonix,Chambéry,Sixt-fer-a-cheval, Geneve, Lyon ). The house is well equipped for families, very comfortable, and the views are breathtaking . We enjoyed many evenings on the deck with a nice breeze, just admiring the gorgeous views of lake and mountains. Michel was easy to communicate with and very responsive to all inquiries. Highly recommend for a special family holiday

We were on a family holiday with a mixture of adults and kids and babies. Cecile’s place was great for our holiday. It is very well located, it was a 5min walk to a small group of shops that had restaurants and a beautiful patisserie, 5min walk to a supermarket, 5min walk to restaurants on the lake, 5min walk to multiple bustops and a bus top right outside but most importantly only 5min walk to the beach and is a lovely walk through a reserve. The old town is also walking distance about 30min along a beautiful lake front promenade. The house itself is spacious with a large living area in open plan and a balcony. It also has a large backyard which our kids loved playing in. The only downside for us would be that the upstairs bedrooms were rather warm while we were there but we still all slept well and it probably wasn’t appropriate for under 5 year olds with various ornaments and 3 levels of stairs. Thank you Cecile, our family will have great memories of our stay in Annecy.

We spent 2 nights in the accommodation so we could meet with friends in the evening and ski during the day. The listing is in a very quiet hamlet with a great view. The place looked bigger in the photos but it was very well furnished. Maybe a clarification for people sleeping in the mezzanine: the main room does not have a shutter. Great for a quiet weekend.

We had a very nice week with family in Flore's house. The house is very nice. Quiet environment and beautiful mountain views. Flore is very responsive and offers good advice.

Spacious house (with 13 of us, we didn't step on each other's toes). Well-equipped. Well-placed for the lake and mountain. In rainy weather the kids enjoyed the ping-pong and foosball.

We had a great stay at Gayles place for our group skiing holiday. The house was perfect for a stay with friends with children and the location was ideal just a few minutes walk from the gondola. The house had everything we needed and the welcome treats were a nice touch. We would definitly stay again - Thank you Gayle! 😊

We enjoyed our stay! Everything worked out great. The lake is always worth a trip and leads you to dream :) Large windows in all directions bring maximum brightness and a great view.

This is a great house - well equipped, spacious and in a beautiful location. Gil met us there and was very helpful in providing info about the local area. Supermarket 5 mins away, and around 15-20 mins to get into the beautiful town of Annecy. The third bedroom is on the lower floor, which could be tricky with younger kids, but my 15 year old enjoyed the privacy. Excellent hosts, great stay.

The accommodation is very comfortable , and despite the weather we had a lovely stay . Very quiet and peaceful place . Our host was very responsive , pleasant and always available . Do it again in summer to fully enjoy the beautiful exterior .

This place is as described, unfortunately weather was not kind to us but we still used the outdoor kitchen for bbqs. Perfect space and everywhere we wanted to visit was convenient straight onto fast roads. Perfect thank you Ivan

Our family weekend went very well. We were greeted by Max at the time we had agreed. He was able to give us the necessary instructions for the smooth running of our stay. Our granddaughters were able to spend a beautiful morning at Domaine des Fauves, close to the house and we ended our little getaway with a picnic by Lake Aiguebelette for everyone's enjoyment. Thanks to Max for hosting us and for the promptness to answer our questions.
