We spent 4 perfect days, with a great view from the garden that allowed 6 people to come with a dog. Jean-Luc and Christina hosted us very well and are very friendly, I recommend for a quiet stay near Aix-les-Bains

Very friendly, available and responsive host. The view from the house is amazing. It's very nice and comfortable. The small neighboring hamlet is charming and peaceful. It's right next to La Grave and Le Chazelet and not too far by car from Les Deux Alpes and Serre Chevalier. We really loved our stay and would love to come back!

Very comfortable house and the terraces are nice. There is everything you need to cook (unlike homes that are only used for rent where there is the bare minimum). Lake Aiguebelette is 10 minutes away which is very convenient. Please note, the pool is only installed in June a priori. If this is an important point for you, check with Max at the time of booking. We found an arrangement to compensate for the fact that there is no pool for the weekend of the ascent.

We had a lovely weekend at Manon and Thibault's. The setting is peaceful and many fun activities are available that we were able to enjoy: swimming pool, sun loungers, plancha, billiards, petanque, swing, trampoline... This made both young and old happy (9 people). The house is well-equipped, bath towels provided which is nice. Bakery and supermarkets minutes away. Beautiful nature outings to do in the area. Friendly, available, flexible and easy communication. Recommended!

Great check-in. Owner allowed for early check-in once the house was available. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was a nice size. The yard was expansive for our children to play. The outdoor dining area was great - it was mostly shaded the entire day. We ate both lunch and dinner outside when we dined in. The bathrooms were a bit small but worked for us. The town of Annecy was busier than we thought it would be so that was a disappointment. We only went into town once. If we return, we may try to stay further away from Annecy. To get to the lake, we just walked through the back yard of another property of the owner. So, it takes a couple minutes to either walk to the lake or walk bikes to the path. Note: bikes are no longer provided for guests due to liability concerns. It took about 5 minutes to drive to the beach (Plage Municipale). There was sufficient onsite parking. We drove up the mountains on either side of the lake to hike, which was nice

We had a great time with the family at Jean-Christophe's. We had very good communication, very good exchanges. The space was perfect. The environment is very quiet and very relaxing. The house is welcoming and family friendly. Jean-Christophe was very available, attentive and warm. Thanks for everything. The area is sublime, we'll be back!

We had a wonderful time at Marie-Laure's place. The house is located in a quiet area close to the lake. It is very spacious and well equipped. We found everything we needed to enjoy the garden and terrace. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a wonderful family stay (12 people) at this beautiful residence in Pont-de-Beauvoisin. The setting is absolutely idyllic: spacious, wooded, and very well furnished, everything is designed for comfort and practicality. The property is of great beauty and invites you to relax. Brigitte is particularly friendly and attentive host, which greatly contributed to making our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this rental for memorable moments for families or groups of friends!

Fanny. Thank you so much for renting your beautiful home to us. It was a perfect. Our 3 teenage boys loved the pool and the location was amazing with its convenience to the 20 bus. The boys could have free time to explore themselves and also time with mum and dad. 5 stars. 6 stars if I could .

Good experience we had a great EVJF , the accommodation is easy to access and very clean! However, a bedroom was missing a light bulb and maybe add hand soap and shower gel?! Otherwise everything was perfect, thank you for the fluidity of the exchange and for the welcome!

Wow what a wonderful holiday. We had a fantastic time. The house was lovely with a great outdoor area and pool. It was very peaceful but not far from the town centre (5-10 min walk). There you could find a boulangerie, small supermarket and several restaurants. You could walk to the lake in about 10 - 15 mins. We did not bother hiring a car. Instead we hired bicycles for some of the holiday. We also did lots of walking. It was very hot but fortunately we had aircon in the house. I would definitely go there again. We previously stayed in Annecy but this was more relaxing. It took about 25 mins to cycle to Annecy and you can almost exclusively do this on cycle paths. The hosts were extremely helpful even though they were on holiday in Brasil as we had one small issue with the power that they managed to quickly resolve.

The accommodation met our expectations for a reunion with friends. Easy access, comfortable bedding with private bathrooms. We were also able to enjoy the hot tub which was very nice.

This place was perfect. We were there for 3 nights and 3 days. Everything matched the listing. In addition, Maria is a great host, attentive to our needs and very responsive. I highly recommend this place and these hosts, they do everything to allow their guests to arrive in the best conditions.

Our family we went very well in this house perfect for a peaceful family we. The heated pool was much appreciated by the kids.
