The place is really great! we had a great time ☺️

Everything was perfect, as described and in the photos. Clean accommodation and everything you need is available (linens, towels, coffee etc...). The trailer is well separated from the owners' accommodation, we enjoyed the jacuzzi and the garden in complete privacy. The place is very quiet and soothing, ideal for relaxing after a walk in Annecy.

A lovely home with great facilities and views. We were 5 adults and never felt in each others space. Hot tub, sauna and wood fire were a great addition too!

We had a great stay. The accommodation had everything we needed for a great vacation. We had the opportunity to enjoy a large part of the estate, which was more than welcome with our dog (he had the best vacation). Very close to Lake Paladru, we spent our time between the lake and the pool. Brigitte advised us on good restaurant tips around the lake to conclude a relaxing stay. Thanks again for everything!

Very good stay at Roberta's, large garden for dogs with direct access to the lake. Cozy accommodation, it feels almost like home. Roberta is very friendly and very available as needed. The proximity to the center of Annecy is a big plus. I recommend it!

We had a dreamy week at this cottage. The landscape is simply breathtaking, ideal for rejuvenating and enjoying nature. The cottage was impeccably clean, very cozy and perfectly equipped to meet all our needs. Fabienne is adorable, always available and very welcoming. We had a great time at Michel and Chantal's, a very warm welcome, very attentive to us, excellent communication, pure happiness! Very nice meeting. The entire cottage is comfortable and spacious for two and our little Tina🐶. The fireplace on our arrival was very nice. Very well located for visiting Vercors and its beautiful landscapes. We didn't run out of anything. You're at the right place, look no further!!! We highly recommend it 100%+++ With the desire to come back with pleasure!

We had a lovely weekend at Marc's with a couple of friends and their 3-year-old child. The accommodation is well arranged, well equipped, including all essentials (soap, sponges, dishwasher tablets, shower gel, sheets, towels, etc.). The fireplace with wood supply was very nice for cool evenings! Very welcoming and accommodating host! We recommend Marc and his place!

Very beautiful and large house with its outbuilding. Wonderful setting of tranquility and charm with a beautiful pool. Several terraces all around. Very complete equipment. A great place for corporate team-building meetings.

We only stayed one night, but it was perfect. Christelle was very responsive and our arrival despite the fact that it was late, it went perfectly.

My girlfriend and I stayed one night at karines place in august before driving onwards to the south . We had a wonderful stay: after welcoming us with something to drink and a piece of local cheese, she told us all about the festival of lac annecy which we were lucky to take part in, amazing fireworks! She also pointed us to the best spots only locals know about. And then of course there is karines home, which is beautiful. We had a room with big doors to a front porch terrace, a comfortable bed and wifi. We had our own bathroom and toilet. All in all a class A experience!

Cottage in a peaceful environment 30 minutes from the ski resorts of Margeriaz and Semnoz. Ideal for 4 people. A nearby bakery offers excellent bread and good fruit tarts. Sébastien is responsive and the instructions are very clear.
