Located in the heart of nature at 450 m altitude, at the foot of the Epine range, 5 minutes from Chambéry.

This renovated, unique and spacious gîte, with an eco-responsible approach, is located 8 minutes from the city center of Chambéry and 6 minutes from the highway. The accommodation has an open private parking lot with 4 spaces, self check-in and high-speed WiFi (fiber) access. A playroom and outdoor playground will delight the little ones. The heated pool (not to be confused with a hot tub), which is shared with the hosts, is open from May to September inclusive, subject to favorable weather.

Our family home is used as a primary residence. Rentals during periods of non-use are for the sole purpose of keeping this property in the family. The house is located on the edge of Aix-les-Bains. It is dominated by the Bauges massif and is located a few kilometers from Lake Bourget with panoramic views of the lake and mountains. Oriented 180° to the west, ideal location for sports and family vacations: cycling, hiking, skiing, swimming, climbing...

Our villa, Kyo-Alpes, built in 2024, is located in La Combe de Lancey and offers breathtaking views of the mountains. The accommodation is fully air-conditioned and features a private indoor pool heated to 29°C, a Jacuzzi area, and a sauna, so you can relax in a calm and soothing atmosphere. Japanese-style-inspired interior decor brings elegance and originality. Come and discover the surrounding nature and the charm of Japan in the heart of the Alps.

Our "Le Césolet" gîte opens its doors to you throughout the year! Nestled in a small hamlet, in the heart of the Bauges mountain range, about ten minutes from the Aillons-Margériaz ski slopes, a stone's throw from Annecy and its incomparable lake with welcoming beaches.

Waterfront

We offer you for rent part of our carefully renovated house. It is located in the heart of a typical Savoyard village with panoramic views of the Chartreuse mountain range. All shops and restaurants are steps from the house. Rivieralp Leisure Center with ecological swimming is a 3-minute walk away. Free parking is right next to the accommodation, we have a private courtyard for motorcycles. Breakfast on request for an extra 7 euros.

Recharge your batteries in our spacious 200 m² stone house, nestled at the foot of the mountains, ideal for 12 people. Completely renovated, it offers a large 3,000 m² garden with a swimming pool (available in summer), stunning views, and a welcoming atmosphere. The Crakenne House

Our house is located in the heart of Novalaise. Enjoy its large terrace with views of the mountains, and its tastefully furnished interior. All shops are 2 steps away, as well as the market on Sunday and Wednesday mornings. It is in a preserved setting that you can enjoy Lake Aiguebelette (swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding...) as well as La Chaine de L'Épine (cycling, hiking...) Ideally located (1 hour from Lyon, Grenoble, Geneva).
