The possibility of parking a vehicle is included in a private car park located next to the apartment. This is an apartment equipped with the necessary basic kitchenware. The access to the apartment is free of architectural barriers (without steps) and is made directly from the street. Upon arrival, an access code will be provided that will allow you to open the entrance door. It is distributed in an entrance hall, living room with kitchenette, bedroom in which the double bed (1.40x2.00) is located with bed linen and full bathroom with shower. It is fully equipped, with the main kitchen services with dishwasher, fridge, Italian coffee maker, air conditioning, iron, bathroom equipped with towels, hairdryer and gel, as well as television and Wifi (600 mb fiber) whose operation is detailed once the reservation is made. It does not have carbon monoxide alarm as it is not necessary, as the heating and kitchen services are electric. There is the possibility of providing the apartment with a high chair or travel cot if the guest needs it, but it is essential that they notify it by Airbnb message once the reservation is made. If you need any additional services to those exposed in the listing, please feel free to request it in case it is in our power to facilitate it or help you achieve it. The apartment is completely at the guest's disposal and you can make use of all the elements described on the website, but you cannot access common areas of the building, such as interior patios, roof, or remain on the stair landings. Access can be done without a person waiting to open them, as being a separate access from the street and having a security box with key to the entrance can be accessed freely once the access code is provided. A door key set is provided inside the box at the entrance to the apartment. In case of loss, a surcharge of €35 will be charged to make a replacement copy. The apartment has internet (fiber of 600 mb) and television with USB port, in case you want to bring your own movies, as well as the DTT with the conventional channels in Spanish and SMARTV. Out of respect for other guests, parties or smoking are not allowed inside the apartment.

Elegant apartment in majestic area

My home is located in elegant Chamberí district, in Central Madrid, with direct underground connections to the airport, all historical landmarks (Royal Palace, Prado Museum, Gran Vía...) and both high-speed-train stations. It has a 35m2 living room, a 12 metre long balcony, a kitchen, a bathroom and bedroom. It is very sunny, has beautiful views upon a palace and gardens, and not a single step from outside. This is my own home, where I live myself when in Madrid, so it is very well equipped.

Enjoy this beautiful apartment in the Chamberí neighborhood, located in a safe neighborhood with easy access to all public transport, metro bus, shopping area with lots of life, shops of all kinds, restaurants, bars, very close to the universities and museum of the Madrid costume, Quick access to the center by taking a walk or moving by public transport. 136 meters from the metro that will take you anywhere you decide to visit, very close to Calle Fuencarral and Gran Via, Calle Princesa, etc.

Our apartment is a ground floor apartment facing the street, renovated by ourselves as we are architects by training. Access is very convenient because being by code allows check-in to be very flexible. We put our best into this project, we chose very good quality materials; modern but warm aesthetics at the same time, we take care of all the details to make you feel at home. It is 40 m2 of design and quality in a quiet neighborhood, with many services and very Madrid-like.
