We welcome you to a detached house and in a very private environment without a view, 300 meters from the ramparts. You will have a 1000 m2 garden in the city center, a heated swimming pool (the temperature is generally between 26°C and 28°C but we cannot guarantee this temperature in case of very unfavorable weather) and free and secure covered parking for one vehicle. We no longer accept young children due to bad experiences.

Fully-equipped air-conditioned house

This fully air-conditioned and renovated accommodation is located in a quiet area of Montchanin. The house consists of a living room with TV and 140 x 190 sofa bed and two bedrooms each with a 140 x 190 bed, accommodating up to 6 people. Linens and towels are not included. If you would like this option, please let us know. Guests can park their car in the enclosed courtyard and recharge their electric car.

It has a courtyard and a large private garden , which I leave for guests to use. An independent WIFI network is installed in the gite. Your car can stay in the courtyard closed by a gate ,throughout the stay if desired.
