Stayed for a weekend for a conference with a group of friends. The house was beautiful and well decorated. David was excellent with communication and proactive. He made sure everything was taken care of. Great location. Walkable to magazine street with great shops and restaurants (highly recommended Molly’s rise and shine for breakfast). Would absolutely stay here every time coming to New Orleans!

Stephen’s place was extremely nice and felt like a home away from home. The host and his wife were super responsive and offered a wide range of amenities. They were super friendly and accommodating, they even helped provide suggestions for activities to do when we were running short of ideas.

Olandra was very professional and easy to communicate with. Her place was very clean and very well priced. Best value in New Orleans. I highly recommend staying here.

It was wonderful staying at this air bnb. There is a shared porch and backyard with the other tenants in the other unit. They were all super nice and had great conversations when we saw them!

I was in town for a family event, and staying here was a great experience. the inside was really nice! It was a 10 min drive from the superdome, and the neighborhood was quiet. I would stay here again when in town.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary in New Orleans, and we had a wonderful stay. We absolutely love the area — after our first day, we decided to explore locally and enjoyed all the fantastic bars and restaurants within walking distance. The neighborhood has such a vibrant and lively atmosphere, making it the perfect place to immerse ourselves in the NOLA experience. One thing to note is that, due to the popularity of the area and its many great dining options, parking near the AirBnB was challenging. We usually parked a few blocks away, which wasn't a big issue for us, but I thought it was worth mentioning for future guests. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the charm and excitement of New Orleans!

Host were very help when reaching out for assistance. Place was very clean and easy to find. Location was close to everything! I would definitely return 😊.

The apartment was a perfect location for our planned activities in New Orleans. Jesse (& family) were welcoming and caring. The space was perfectly appointed and had every amenity one would need. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful 4 day stay, the house was cozy and well stocked with all the essential necessities. The place was clean and the neighborhood was nice and quiet with plenty of grocery stores nearby. The home location was easy to find and all of our destinations were within 15 to 20 minutes. Everything was terrific! I had a question about the AC and Shirley and Minka were very responsive and helpful. Very clean and welcoming and I would stay there again!

For New Orleans, this was a quiet place in the Garden District, enjoyable. Close enough though to get to the French Quarter in just a few minutes by public transportation or Uber. Great local restaurants nearby and the place is quiet and clean. Nice size kitchen and rooms. Great getaway place.

Don was by far one of the best hosts we have ever had. He brought us a case a water just to make sure we could carry waters with us when we went out for the day. He responded so quickly and gave so many local recommendations to help with planning. The check out was so nice and relaxed in comparison to the laundry list of instructions you normally receive. We had a great stay and will check for availability with Don before booking our next stay.

Joe was the most genuine and kind host I think I have ever had. Paul too!!! The home was stunning and cozy, always cool after a long walk around the city. The neighbors were friendly and the neighborhood never felt uncomfortable for even a second. We even had a moment of panic on our last night when we couldn't find our key (we did end up finding it.. phew) and Joe was helpful and understanding at a late hour. I recently stayed at Erin’s 's apartment and had a fantastic experience. The place was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and attractions within few min of driving distance. Erin’s was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and stylish stay. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

This was one of the comfortable airbnbs we have stayed in. Spacious apartment and the shower was large and beautiful with fantastic water pressure and temperature. Memory foam mattress and lovely pillows (not flat, not feather, not super thick!!!). Appreciated having a water boiler to make tea easily. The TV was a bit outdated and small, but did the job. Great communication with Jim. We loved waking up to the sound of singing, happy birds outside! ***this review above is for before our last night there, which we couldn't stay because a fire burnt the house severely and ruined almost all of our belongings with water and smoke...clothes, shoes, electronics, makeup, etc. But this is not the fault of the owner and I feel terrible for him, and for us, and wanted to write a review on how great the stay was before this tragedy.

Highly recommend for any trip to NOLA. Walkable to the French Quarter and quiet at night. Very clean inside, beautiful decorations, nice appliances, and comfy beds. Would stay again!

Comfortable, clean, and surprisingly peaceful spot. Close to Frenchman street too! We were very comfortable and appreciated that the hosts provided early check in. No complaints.

Michael was a great host, responded to small matters that came up promptly and was flexible with our flight schedules and provided lots of recommendations and had clear instructions and access to property was flawless. We stayed for 10 days and the space became our home. Perfect spot for a small family or two couples. Nice backyard patio space, kitchen amenities for cooking, etc. Grocery store a few blocks away. Just off start of Frenchmen, so close to local jazz and just a short walk to the Quarter. We bussed and took trolleys quite a bit also to venture out with stops just blocks or so from front door. Michael communicated well and we look forward to our next trip, hopefully Michael’s space will be available, would definitely stay again. The neighborhood area is laid back and we never felt unsafe, but it’s New Orleans, and you gotta step outside your comfort zone to truly enjoy the local vibe and this spot gave us that opportunity.

Stayed at this property for a 4 person bachelorette party. Plenty of space, clean and bright. Comfortable beds. The pool was great for a relaxing day. Walkable restaurants and bars within 10-15 mins. The French Quarter is a 10-15 minute bus or Uber ride in. Highly recommend this location if you want access to the Quarter without the noise.

A perfectly appointed, spotless, HUGE apartment located steps away from the French Quarter. Safe and secure. Street noise at night so if you need perfectly quiet to sleep, that could be an issue but with earplugs, it was okay for us! Would stay and reccomend to anyone.
