We're on the CLOSEST residential block to the ferry, giving instant access to the French Quarter, Downtown, Superdome, streetcar, & 2 malls. When you need something more low key, explore Algiers Point’s historic streets and levee or hang out at our restaurants, coffee shop, & bars - all a 5 minute walk away. Know that linens are ALWAYS freshly laundered!

Comfy New Orleans Gentilly Neighborhood

Comfortable home in Old Gentilly Historical Neighborhood. This is not the an entire home but you do have a private entrance, bedroom, bathroom and living room. Your space is located in the downstairs area of our home (semi apartment without a kitchen). There is no kitchen but there is a small refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave located in the space. Great neighbors. We are about a 10 minute ride away from French Quarter, City Park, Fairgrounds (Jazz Fest) and Lake Pontchartrain.

Tropical OASIS Getaway with a Private Pool & Spa

This FUN, OASIS home has 3 bedrooms, a full kitchen, 2 dining areas, and 2 1/2 baths. It's located in a SAFE and POPULAR area of New Orleans, and it has a private HOT TUB , swimming POOL, and a ping pong, air hockey and pool table! My vacation rental is located right off the FAMOUS Magazine Street and within walking distance to LOTS of restaurants, boutique stores, art galleries, coffee shops, bars, grocery stores, drug stores, the St Charles streetcar and RTA bus stop. :-)

Treme Cottage 6 blocks to Jazz Fest

This is a newly built located two blocks from historic Esplanade Avenue and 6 blocks from Jazz Fest. Located half way in between City Park and the French Quarter. Easy Street parking. Near cafes, restaurants and bus line. This is a guest house with private bedroom and bathroom, but NO kitchen. Microwave and mini fridge are provided. It is an old property with some uneven brick and gravel pathways. May not be suitable for those with limited mobility.

Oak Cottage 15 min. to French Quarter 2 bed/1bath

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly cottage. It has been completely updated. This beautiful 2 bedroom 1 bath home sits on a double lot. The back yard is completely fenced and is shaded by beautiful 100 year old oak trees. I also allow guest to bring a pet with a $75 fee. Pet should weigh under 30 pounds. House is close to Superdome, French quarter, world war II museum and 2 blocks from the St. Charles street car. Only blocks away from St. Charles Mardi Gras parade route. You’ll love my place because of it's location. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids) A lot of things to do for everyone including families with children. House is located in a safe neighborhood with a lot of new construction.

This Uptown unit is a private studio in my home (NO shared space with rest of home) with private entrance & parking. Ideal for single/couple who want to stay in a neighborhood. The area is quiet, and is racially & economically diverse. Unit does NOT have full kitchen (fridge & microwave). 10 minute walk to St. Charles streetcar line. $10/10 minute Uber to downtown/French Quarter. Limit 2 guests. Dogs allowed & on premises.
