We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful traditional house. The refurbishment has been done with great care and respect for the original character, blending modern comforts seamlessly with its charming, authentic features. Every detail of the house has been thoughtfully designed, making it both stylish and welcoming. The location is simply stunning, perched at the top of the village, it offers breathtaking views of the mountains, creating a peaceful and picturesque setting. Waking up to such a view each morning was a highlight of our trip. The house was spotless on arrival and beautifully decorated, making it feel warm and inviting. Michalis was an excellent host. Attentive, responsive, and very welcoming, ensuring we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely return. Stella and her family are the dearest, kindest, most attentive hosts anyone could hope for -- far beyond our expectations. They welcomed and continued to care for us like family -- and we will always remember them as such. The only drawback to a host like Stella is that every other host will pale in comparison! That said, Hailki is the most charming village, centrally located so we were able to see the entire island and we made friends at all of the local eateries where the food and wine was also exceptional.
