We had a great stay! The house was clean, beautifully set up and in a very quiet location, perfect for relaxing. The host was helpful, always available for anything we needed. The only minor issue we encountered was with the fencing of the space. Because we were traveling with our dog it would have been more convenient if it was safer so we could let him go without worry. However, this did not affect our overall experience, which we enjoyed to the fullest. I'm sure we'll be back and highly recommend it!

We had an unforgettable vacation in Kostas' house in the best October weather. The direct location by the sea and the incredibly beautiful view, the good amenities of the house and the entire ambience ensured a perfect vacation. The house was very clean and we didn't miss anything. It is spacious, nicely decorated and very well equipped. We especially liked the pool and the barbecue corner with stone oven. Communication with Kostas was always very nice. He gave us many great tips. One of the best places we've ever stayed. We will be happy to come back and look forward to next time.

We stayed at Paulo's little apartment for two nights and it was absolutely wonderful. The space is compact but clean and very usable. It had a comfortable bed and pull out couch, a small kitchen (in which we successfully prepared two meals) and a clean bathroom that had a good, hot shower. The absolute highlight of this listing is the private beach, which is everything you might imagine. Secluded, quiet and beautiful. The water was wonderful and calm for a swim. All in all I highly recommend this place for a break. We will certainly look to return soon.

I had a great time. All that's missing is the coffee pot, and an indication for activating the hot water (it's located in the electrical panel, no need to look for a boiler or gas boiler to activate). The center can also be reached on foot, it will be 1200 meters, and you will find everything near the house. Easy parking.

Comfortable ,well-maintained and clean apartment! Just 1 minute from the beach of Chalkida! Lots of shops,cafes, and restaurants around! I highly recommend!

Staying with a toddler and a baby was extremely comfortable, with a functional kitchen, comfortable spaces, and a playpen provided. Mrs. Magda was always available to serve and answer any questions, while the location of the accommodation is ideal for walks in the center of Chalkida on foot, without having to use a car. They will definitely be in our picks on next visit to the city!
