We stayed in this lovely apartment near the port in Chios with four girl friends. We were very happy with the place—it was quite spacious and had all kinds of equipment. All the essentials like coffee, detergent, shampoo, and toilet paper were provided. The rooms were large and spotlessly clean, and you could always see the sea from the balcony. It was also very centrally located, making it easy to walk everywhere. Additionally, the host was always quick to communicate with us. We definitely recommend this apartment to everyone..

The space was nice with a large bedroom and large balcony facing the sea. At first it was difficult to find the driveway not realizing it was off the main road. Parking on property was very convenient but would be easier if there were assigned spots. Would stay there again.

Niko’nun yeri muhteşem. Limana 15 dakika mesafede, yolu güzel. Gittiğimizde bizi karşıladı ve valizleri taşımamıza yardımcı oldu. Odaya girer girmez sıcaklığı hissediyorsunuz. Ev çok temizdi ve çarşaflar mis gibi kokuyordu. İçine yeni tadilat yapılmış, her şey çok kullanışlıydı. Niko bizim için yedek havlu ve çarşaf bırakmıştı. Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Denize yirmi adım yürüyerek ve balkon manzarası müthiş. En büyük artısı da özel otoparkının olması. Araç kiralamam içinde yardımcı oldu. Keşke bu yere sonsuz yıldız verebilsem. Her şey için çok teşekkürler Niko 🤍 En yakın zamanda tekrar görüşmek üzere. Seni özleyeceğiz.

Stefano is a super nice and very helpful host. We truly enjoyed staying at his lovely cosy place which has the greatest sea view. I strongly recommend his place and looking forward to visit Chios and stay at Stefanos' place again.

The house is right at the sea so you have the possibility to go swimming in the morning and in the afternoon, even if you go to the beaches in the island. The place is very comfortable and quiet. The house is also very clean and furniture has a good taste . Avrakomi is a very good and responsive host and gave us very good recommendations, There are not a lot of restaurants, but the taverns close to the house are very nice. The house is also only six minutes away from the city center, so you always have the opportunity to try several places in Chios. The only recommendation we can make is that some of the kitchen equipment should be renewed ( such as the coffee machine , cutlery) . We will definitely come back and recommend the place to our friends.

Evin manzarası harika ve çok huzurlu bir yer. Ayrıca ikramlarından dolayı da ev sahibine ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Evde kullanılan havlu ve bazı mutfak eşyalarının yenilenmesi evi çok daha iyi hale getirecektir. Bunun dışında listede yok ancak saç kurutma makinesinin olmayacağı aklımıza bile gelmediğinden biz bunu kontrol etmedik gelecek kişiler buna da dikkat etmeli.

Despina was an amazing host. We checked in at 11pm at night because of a late flight and she was there to greet us which was so accommodating. They clean daily - so if you’re not interested in having someone come by then kindly ask them to forgo at check in. The airbnb is on a steep hill (which is classic for Greece) so did not bother me as I’ve been to Greece a lot. Just be aware if you are driving a car to make sure you’re comfortable with that. It was so nice having the beach and pool so close! Also have masticha trees on the route to the airbnb which was a treat. Nice clean space. The one bedroom downstairs does not have AC but the other two rooms do. Lots of space and it was great having bathrooms which tubs since we had an infant and did baths there. A rare find in Greece!

Ev denize yakındı, ev sahipleri dost canlısıydı, bölge güvenliydi. Evin temizliği çok iyiydi her şey pırıl pırıldı. Bir daha konukları olmak hoşuma gider.

Gerek evin konumu gerekse evin tasarımı tam anlamıyla baş döndürücü bir doğa harikası denilebilir. Duygu hanım tam anlamıyla rahat edebileceğimiz şekilde tüm evi tasarlamış. Konaklama esnasında karşılaştığımız bazı elinde olmayan olumsuzlukları ise tüm içtenliği ve güler yüzüyle bizlere unutturdu. Arkadaş grubumuzla çok kaliteli bir 2 gün geçirdik 🙏🏻 Tekrar tekrar gelmeyi düşündüğümüz bir yer oldu. Herşey için teşekkürler 🤩

Evin manzarası gerçekten çok güzel, yan tarafta misafir olmadığı için bahçeyi bize özel bir alan gibi kullanabildik. Bahçeden denize girmek bizim için zordu ama oradan manzarayı izlemek bile başlı başına bir harika... Ev merkeze çok yakın ve park sorunu yok. Yemek pişirmediğimiz için mutfak eksikleri ile ilgili bilgi veremiyorum ama iki kişi için ideal görünüyordu. Despoina ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü her sorumuzu cevapladı. Çıkış saatinde esneklik tanıması da çok kibar bir hareketti. Tekrar gidersem aynı yerde kalırım.

Evin huzur dolu ambiyansi fotograflarda gorunenden cok cok daha etkileyiciydi. Ev sahipleri gercekten cok sicak kanli ve yardimseverlerdi. Kendimizi evinizde gibi hissettik. Ince surprizleri icin ve mukemmel misavirperverlikleri icin tekrar teşekkür ederim. Kesinlikle tavsiye edebileceğim bir konaklamaydi.

Wir waren eine Woche bei Ferdi und hatten eine super schöne Zeit. Verschiedene Strände, Restaurants und Supermärkte sind schnell erreichbar. Mit dem Dolmus sind auch andere Orte (wie Alacati, Cesme Stadt) gut und unkompliziert erreichbar. Gerne wieder!

The apartment was absolutely perfect! We felt right at home. There is a ton of space, very comfortable for a group of four. The living room and balcony are beautiful, with a view over the port. The rest of the apartment and the location were also perfect. We would be happy to return and would highly recommend Xanthippi and her lovely apartment

Güzel ve kaliteli malzeme ile dekore edilmiş bir ev olmasının yanı sıra evde yok yoktu. Tüm ihtiyaçlara cevap veren mutfak gereçleri mevcut olup aynı zamanda çok keyifli zaman geçirecek bir bahçeye de sahip olan ev konum olarak Mimoza ve Bodrum plajlarına da 10 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Ben’in evi konum olarak çok iyi yerdeydi evi tarifi anahtarın yerine kadar çok iyiydi tarife uyulduğu zaman çok güzel bulunuyor herşey konum plajlara yakın mesafedeydi araba ile 5dk yürüme 15dk ortalama çok rahat herşey var akşamları restoranlar çok güzeldi. Çeşme merkeze taksi ile 5-6dk sürüyor çok rahat konum ev çok güzeldi. Ben bize her konuda çok yardımcı oldu çok teşekkür ederiz şimdiden seneye olan tatil planımızı burası için yapıyoruz. Fiyat olarak da bence çok uygun. Yakın yerlerde tekne turu var çeşme merkez de onları da kullandık vakitler çok güzel eğlenceli geçiyor herşey için çok teşekkür ederiz.

Это место просто потрясающее! Вид захватывает дух, квартира идеально чистая. Кровать очень удобная, а белье чистейшее и свежее. Отдельно хочется отметить хозяйку — она была невероятно доброжелательной и помогла нам с самого первого момента. Рассказала, как разобраться на острове, и посоветовала множество интересных мест для посещения. Её теплота и радушие сделали наше пребывание еще приятнее. Рекомендую это место всем, кто планирует приехать на остров — это действительно незабываемо!

This is our second year staying here and we love it. Perfect for peace and quiet and right next to the sea. The accommodation has everything we need and the hosts Rena and Nikos are very friendly and helpful. The beach bar is five minutes walk if you want sun loungers and drinks and snacks, and Komi is 20 mins walk for restaurants, bars and a more vibrant beach. Would definitely recommend if you want a peaceful place to stay.

Μας υποδέχτηκε η κα. Ρένα χωρίς κανένα πρόβλημα παρόλο που αργήσαμε να φτάσουμε. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη τοποθεσία και έχει όμορφη θέα στη θάλασσα. Ανταποκρίνεται πλήρως στις φωτογραφίες και έχει όλα τα βασικά που χρειάζεται κανείς σε ένα δωμάτιο για ολιγοήμερες διακοπές. Μείναμε ικανοποιημένοι και το συστήνουμε!

Ev aynı fotoğraflarda paylaşıldığı gibi, müthiş deniz manzaralı bir balkonu var. Karfas koyu içinde sahilde oldukça merkezi bir yerde. Maria sorularımıza ve taleplerimize kısa sürede dönüş yaptı. Esnek giriş ve çıkış saatleri sundu. Ev temizdi ve mutfak birçok ekipman ile donatılmıştı. Ekim ayı sonunda gittiğimiz için denize giremedik ancak yaz aylarında konaklamak için müthiş elverişli bir lokasyonda, etrafı bir çok restoranla çevrili ve hemen önü deniz. Teşekkürler Maria !
