First of all, the location is very nice.. Everything was within reach and within walking distance Since I loved the Ilica sea of Çeşme, it was the right choice for me I didn't encounter any issues before and after booking. The host was caring and attentive. Thank you

the house is a little far from the center due to its location, but if you have a car, it is not a problem and it will meet your needs if you are looking for a quiet,calm place. For families with children, the garden is spacious, the landscaping is very beautifully designed. In addition, there is a barbecue and kitchen area in the garden where you can barbecue. The interior of the house is clean and tastefully furnished, it feels like your own home, the balcony is big but gets a lot of sun in the morning, it is very enjoyable to sit in the afternoon and evenings. Overall, we were satisfied, there is no wi-fi yet, there is no TV, the laundry can be washed in the common area.

Our brother Uğur greeted us at the first entrance to the house. We are a very understanding and friendly brother. We felt like we came to our family friend's house with very warm and absolutely sharp rules like a host family, we thank him very much. It made us have a great 3 4 day short vacation plan. The house was very clean and comfortable. You will be able to find everything you may need. The kitchen was complete. The air conditioners work very well. The house is brand new and of good quality. The host made us feel at home, took care of us at every moment, gave detailed explanations. We will call him first when we return to the fountain. We are very satisfied.

Sibel was very easy to communicate with and friendly. The apartment was very comfortable and clean, just as shown in the pictures and all beds were comfy. Location is super central in Cesme and very close to the main promenade and restaurants. A great place to stay, wish we stayed longer :)

Mr. Hakan answered all our questions in a short time and responded, we preferred a peaceful place for our two-day stay, everything was very nice, thank you.

For the most affordable holiday in the center of Cesme

First of all, thank you for answering all of our questions, the host was helpful in finding the care we needed to find out when our stuff was missing. We were really happy with her, a kind lady. The location of the house is EXTREMELY GOOD It is located 1-2 blocks above the marina, very close to the taxi station/ marina and Çeşme center. It's preferable, even if it's just for its location. There's no stove or anything to eat in the house, but there's a mini fridge. So it's ideal if you're going to sleep and use it to see your needs. Even if I come to the cleanliness: We met with fresh towels /carsaf/bed / bath-wc. There were a few places we didn't like, but they didn't bother because they had a little problem. In short, we were really happy with this price. The fountain doesn't stop at the fountain for 10 minutes even in these months without air conditioning. Also our room was opening to the balcony, it is a place I thought to come back next year🌸☺️💅🏼

Mr. Ferdi and his brother Salih greeted us The house is not small, people are very useful, everything is enough, close walking distance to Migros shopping is easy, the kitchen supplies are enough in the house, the sheets are clean, there is no need for an extra house item. It is a pleasant place to stay for 70 years and 7 years old, the house was complete. We stayed with our friends as 4 guests. The house was very clean and very nice location. We had no problems with anything including hot water, hygiene and air conditioning. The host shared the necessary information with us. We were very happy with his approach. After 4 days, my friends and I said that we rented this house. Highly recommend. Thank you:)
