The location is 3 minutes walk from the Ilica beach, on the left side of the Swissotel. It is quite central, there is no parking problem. Spacious 1+1 apartment Ms. Elif was very helpful.

We loved staying at Badehan's place, it was a great vacation! It was beautiful and Badehan super nice!!! What is important to know if you travel without a car, by minibus you can get to all the beautiful beaches very close by. But have cash with you, there is no ATM in Ildir :) Thank you Badehan for this good time!

Didn’t get to stay in the house we originally booked because of a maintenance issue on a holiday week, so she got us into a better house and worked out the details. That house had some tiny issues but nothing a little more preparation for our stay couldn’t have fixed. It was great and host was kind and worked with us.

As it appears in the images, we did not have any problems, only Google Maps brought us to the wrong place. The iPhone's normal maps take you to the exact address. It had a great view, it was very quiet. There are cooking utensils at home. We were very pleased. I plan to come again.

We were very pleased with our stay. The room was very clean, and the atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. The area is quiet and ideal for resting and relaxing. Due to the location, a car is recommended to comfortably explore the surrounding areas. The hotspots Alaçatı and Ilıca are very close and quick to reach. A special thanks to Ahmet, who was always friendly and helpful. Overall, we were extremely satisfied and would love to come back anytime.

For those staying in the winter, even if the natural gas worked in the house, it was very cold. There was no hot water. The photos of the house look like a full villa, but it was divided into 2 and rented in the description, we didn't see it, keep in mind. The furniture and items were high quality, the linens were clean, the interest was nice, and the interest was nice. We were able to have fun and the sound didn't come out when the window was closed. Cesme was far from the center. The floors were very cold and there were no slippers.

We had all the necessary stuff for our everyday life. It is also near the most beautiful places in Izmir Cesme, Alacati, etc..
