Located in the center of Dalyan, our apartment is a garden floor and provides you with the comfort of a detached house. It has its own private , fenced garden and an enjoyable terrace. The house, which has 2 bedrooms and 1 living room, has 1 large bed(150x200), 1 small bed(120x200), and a sofa in the living room that turns into a bed. The house has all the supplies you need such as white goods, TV, air conditioning, WiFi, barbecue. It is in a safe location where you can vacation with peace of mind with your family. Close to beaches.

There are 3 double rooms with high wooden ceiling and air conditioning and bathroom in each room. In addition, there is 1 single room and a shared bathroom. You can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people. The villa has all the furniture and items needed for a pleasant holiday. Hair dryer is also available in each room. You can enjoy the landscape in the Balinese style with a private pool in the garden. There are two terraces with seating sets, sun loungers and a dining table and a space for your every need and enjoyment.

Our guest house is situated in the idyllic region of Ovacik village. Here you will find fresh and tasty artichokes in spring and sweet melons and delicious tomatoes in summer. Wine and olive oil have been produced for centuries in the area and you can enjoy long peaceful walks and fresh air even in the middle of summer. Our three-story detached villa with stone architectural design is located in the Ovacık region of Çeşme. The front of our villa is completely open and has a sea view. It stands out with the view of the island of Chios and the sunset. 5 rooms, 2 lounges , 1 kitchen 5 bathrooms&wc 1 basement wc 1 balcony 1 sauna It consists of 1 steam rooms. In addition, we have a 40m2 pool, 2 terraces, and parking space for 1 car in our garden.

Perfect stay for your short/long term vacation in Cesme with the best location. It’s a 5 min walk to the famous Ilica Beach and 15 min walk to Alacati Town with great restaurants, cafes, nightlife, designer shops! Everything is newly renovated, it’s a very bright house with a lot of sunlight coming in and you will love the relaxing feeling of seeing the private pool and banana trees right in front of the house.
