This location was perfect for our planned visit to attend a hockey tournament. The walk was easy and enabled us to take advantage of restaurants in the square between games. Apartment is a modern and comfortable studio with extra storage in the entry hallway and a spacious bathroom. This apartment was a comfortable resting place for a busy holiday.

The living area features a comfortable sofa and armchair, illuminated by a stylish chandelier. A television is situated on a colorful cabinet, complemented by a decorative mirror and potted plants. Two windows allow natural light to filter in, enhancing the inviting ambiance.

Lenka's apartment was perfect for our stay; we had no idea how convenient it would turn out to be. It is a 5-min walk from the shuttle drop off spot (they are not permitted in the pedestrian zone). This is particularly important when considering managing luggage on cobblestone streets. There are several little grocery stores, bakeries, shops, restaurants, museum all within 1-2 minutes from the apartment. There are steep, squeaky winding steps up to the apartment. The unit is very spacious and pristine clean. The kitchen is well stocked (pots/pans, tableware, utensils, etc.). Having a dishwasher, washer AND dryer were great. As others mentioned, the bathtub can be tricky to get in/out of, because it is so deep. Also, the faucet/shower head handle are made of copper, and the hot water really heats them up, so it's best to regulate the hot/cold water prior to picking up the handle or putting it back in its cradle. Lenka was very responsive and communicative. We highly recommend!

Amazing loft apartment with comfortable places to lounge after a wonderful day of exploring. Easy access to all Historic sites & local attractions/food. Be ready to climb stairs to access this space, but well worth it.

Petra og hendes familie er givende og gavmilde værter. Der blev svaret hurtigt og fyldestgørende med lokale anbefalinger. Dejlig, velrenoveret bolig på landet. Skønne omgivelser til børn og barnlige sjæle fx dyr, bordtennis og trampolin. Vi følte os velkomne og fik en unik chance for et indblik i et tjekkisk familieliv. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Alles, was wir besichtigen wollten, war fußläufig erreichbar. Die Einrichtung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail und die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Lenka ist sehr freundlich, hilfreich und immer erreichbar, wenn man Fragen hat.

Děkujeme za příjemné ubytování, v klidném prostředí a s krásným výhledem. Jediné co by jsme vytkli byl prach a drobný nepořádek na podlaze. Jinak bylo všechno v pořádku. Čistě povlečeno, čistá koupelna i kuchyně. Výborně vybavená kuchyně, super krbová kamna s jednoduchým ovládáním. Všechny instrukce byli krásně popsané v instruktážní knížce k ubytování. Děkujeme Erikovi za jeho péči a jednání. Doporučujeme v letních dnech, aby jste mohli využít i bazén. Nám bohužel počasí nepřálo, musíme přijet znovu 😁☀️ K. s rodinou 👩🏼‍🤝‍👨🏻👩🏼‍🤝‍👨🏻

A peaceful and quiet retreat in a very beautiful surrounding. The apartment has everything you need on a daily basis. We rented it for 5 month and had a really good time throughout the summer. Lovely cities nearby such as Passau, Walkirchen and other little towns. Walking into the Czech Republik takes 30 minutes and driving towards Austria it takes only 20 minutes. Overall, we can highly recommend this location and apartment if you like the remote feel and nature. Very special thanks to Olga who was an excellent host.

Overall great stay for a couple. The apartment is nice & clean, it has a dedicated bathroom & WC. Two balcons with interesting view to opposite sides. There is a dedicated large private parking spot under the building available. Close to the nature on the edge of the city (Hluboka nad Vltavou etc.). Big shopping mall nearby. A lot of space with new furniture. Just the lights above the dining area could be somehow better. Above-average kitchen equipment. Big fridge with big freezer - good for someone who brings their own food or cook by himself. Maybe one additional medium-sized cooking pot would be even more handy.

Poloha bytu dobrá v blízkosti obchodů i centra ČB. U panelového domu se dalo bez obtíží zaparkovat. Paní Kata velmi rychle odpovídala na zprávy a celkově se zajímala - komunikace výborná. Byt je větší s krásně velkou koupelnou a vybavenou kuchyní.

Nette, relativ neue Unterkunft. Das Bad ist sehr schön und ausreichend groß. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr klein, aber durch den Balkon hat man kein beengendes Gefühl. Der Blick auf den Eidlauf-Teich ist sehr schön. In die Stadt sind es nur wenige Minuten. Eine Filterkaffeemaschine ist vorhanden. Ich würde eine Kapselmaschine bevorzugen . Die Auszieh-Schlafcouch ist ok. Auf meinen Wunsch wurde mir ein Drehsessel gebracht. Danke nochmal dafür! In Rohrbach und Umgebung gibt es sehr viele nette Menschen. Zu empfehlen: Burns, B34 und Stadt-Café. Pizza beim Jimmy. Tierpark in Altenfelden.

What a great stay at Moritz’ place! The apartment is very cosy, clean and with a beautiful view. It’s a short drive to the triple border and Linz. You can also drive a bit longer and enjoy a day out in Munich. Moritz is such an amazing host and went above and beyond to makes us feel at home. Can’t recommend enough and will definitely return! The communication with the host was also correct. We recommend it for families, or groups of friends.

We took a trip through the Czech Republic and this loft, furnished by this wonderful artist, was the highlight at the end of our trip. Everything is as you see it in the pictures and as you would expect. Perfect to explore Czech Krumlov for a few days.

Pobyt jsme si moc užili. Ubytování je krásné, moderní, čisté a jako bonus kamna, která dodají ru správnou atmosféru. Vybavení skvělé, opravdu nám nic nechybělo. Pokud hledáte Lipenské vyžití, je všude kousek, pokud hledáte klidnější relax, najdete ho také. Paní majitelka je velmi vstřícná dáma, mohli jsme se ubytovat dříve, což jsme v zimních měsících velmi ocenili. Na místo bychom se rádi vrátili, děkujeme :)
