Ve druhé místnosti se nachází 2 samostatná lůžka (80x200cm), kuchyňský kout se základním nádobím pro vaření a jídelní stůl s židlemi. Pokoj má jednu soukromou koupelnu s rohovou vanou. Apartmán se nachází v prvním poschodí a je přístupný pouze po schodech.
