Very cute room in a perfect location! Everything was exactly as described.

A magical place, hard to imagine until you see it with your own eyes. A lane in the old city leads to a gate. The gate door opens, and you are welcomed into Veronika’s very special world. With its own bridge over rushing water, the house is situated almost on a mini-peninsula of its own onto the Vltava River, the river which has made Cesky Krumlov. A 17th century house awaits you, full of so much character, a combination of its rich history, and the special touch Veronika has left on every corner of the house. At night you will sleep in room where not one, but two sides open to the sound of running water, especially during warm months when windows can stay open on all sides. Then there is the host, a polyglot who has seen the world and gives life much thought. If you prefer perfect right angles, white ironed sheets, and a generic hotel experience, this is not your place. If you want to stay in a place that leaves a mark on you, then this is the one for you.

Our stay at The Mill was nothing short of amazing. Hands down the most unique stay we have had, in the most quaint and beautiful village. What made The Mill stand-out was the thought put into every single detail; bath products, robes and slippers for the outdoor (private) sauna and spa, a selection of stunning wines with quality wine glasses and decanter, books, games and the best stocked bar fridge (and wine fridge) we have ever seen. The owners have done a fantastic job in paying homage to the heritage and history of the previous mill. We loved sitting in the bay windows with our hot coffees looking out onto the cobbled street below. We cannot recommend staying in one of the apartments of The Mill more - and enjoying the magic of Cesky Krumlov. Thanks Petra especially, for your kindness and communication throughout.

Lovely place in the country. We walked the 5km into CK and back and enjoyed the nature On route. The apartment was great. Bed was comfortable. You just need to be aware that to get to one bedroom you need to walk through the other which was something we didn’t realise from the listing. Overall a great place to stay

We spent a long weekend at Martina's apartment together with friends (with 1,5 year old baby). The apartment was really neat and tidy, everything was quite new and well taken care of. The rooms may seem a bit smaller on the photos, but in reality there was enough space even to fit in a baby bed comfortably. The Pension is within 5-10 walking distance from the center, but if you take a bit longer walk alongside the river it won't take you longer than 15-20 mins either, and it worth the stroll. The area of the apartment is quiet and it is in a lovely environment, surrounded by nature. Martina was a great host, recommended us some good restaurants and was always helpful and responded quickly to our messages. I recommend this apartment for shorter or even longer stay, you have everything you need.

Very quiet location on the edge of a small settlement directly on a bike path that leads along both sides of the lake, kiosk with inexpensive dishes on the bike path, ideal location for bikers and hikers, train stop nearby. The house has been extensively renovated, the apartment is very spacious and modernly furnished, the bathroom is sparkling clean. A well-developed network of bike paths opens up the surroundings. Sights such as the Schwarzenberger Canal, birthplace of Adalbert Stifter in Oberplan, Adalbert Stifter Park with observation tower, the Moorpfad of Olsina are within reach. The town centers of Rosenberg (castle), Vissy Brod (Cistercian monastery castle) and Krumau (castle and town surrounded by the Vltava) are worth a trip. Miroslav rents SUPs and boats, a well-kept beach on the lake is within walking distance. Boat tours on the Vltava increase the recreational value.

Marcela is an amazing host, always ready to help with great tips for restaurants and shopping . Check in was very easy and super flexible. The apartment was only about 5Min drive from the golf course - perfect for us. We really enjoyed sitting in the garden. Marcela also offered to park our car in their private driveway. But there were also always enough parking spaces on the street close to the house. Fast WiFi - much appreciated. We will be definitely back!

Beautiful place in a quiet location. At the same time, close to the train stop, ideal location for trips - both walking and cycling. The apartment was clean, equipped with everything you needed. Miroslav was a good host, he responded to messages immediately.

A very nice house, ideal for 6 people. There are 2 x 2 extra sleeping places in the large bedrooms, but then you have to style with the stairs up against the wall, not very nice (and not really much space). For small children, it is also not very nice because of the missing railing. Home is nicely furnished and everything is still quite new. Private parking spaces in front of the cottage with neat garden around the house.

Jana was so nice to wait for us in very cold night and to help us to accomplish the check in. The apartment is very good for a big family with parents and children, and located not far from the old town Krumlov. There are enough free parking space that is important for people who come by driving. Thank you Jana again.

Hosting with Jana was cordial and charming. It feels like home from the first moment. Jana was lovely and helpful with every topic we asked for. This type of stay, on a family farm, with a real encounter with the locals and who made their home a warm and enveloping place to stay, feels like the true intention of Airbnb. The place was beautiful and clean, everything matched the description. The neighborhood is nice, right next to the pond, where you could ride on a boat. There was good communication with the host. We recommend a place to stay. Thank you for a great vacation.
