Exceptional accommodation in a beautiful environment. The welcome from Ivana and Anton was very warm. The cottage is extremely pleasant and super comfortable, all with impeccable cleanliness. Very complete equipment except for a laundry area that would benefit from being reserved for tenants. But there is the option to do laundry at Ivana's. We were here for a work trip. The cabin was great, enough space for everything. Above all, I would highlight a local restaurant under Chestany, be sure to visit it🙂

Great place located just by the singletracks (Singltrek pod Smrkem). Best location for mountain biking. Spacious house with private lake and sauna located on the property. Ideal place for families and MTB enthusiasts.

We had a very nice weekend. The hut is quiet and right in nature. Very nice for walking and climbing. Unfortunately, it was not perfectly clean with us and the oven did not work. The bathroom including toilet is only accessible by the smaller bedroom and also only separated with a sliding glass door. Wood was there enough and if you like it a little rustic will love it.

Martin’s house was spotless, quiet and in a perfect location to start hiking in front of the door.

We were with a group of 12 people in Jakub's accommodation from April 10 to 13 and were completely satisfied! The house is situated in a peaceful location with beautiful views – perfect for relaxing. The place was clean, tidy, and well appointed. We particularly liked the spacious outdoor area, the barn with play facilities (table tennis, table soccer, badminton, etc.), the pool and the sauna – ideal for a short break. The surroundings also invite you to hike and the campfire was a great extra for cozy evenings. All in all a wonderful stay – we will be happy to come back!

Except for a few small things, the stay at Michal's place was PERFECT. Michal was always open to my questions before my booking and always took time for quick answers. During the stay, she was also within easy reach. The house is functionally furnished, all minimalist and sufficient for my needs. The house is fantastic. All planned excursion destinations quickly accessible, very quiet, quiet neighborhood. I was missing a few seats on the premises. With the current heat, it was unfortunately too hot to relax on the built-in terrace. Bath towels for all fellow travelers are available but unfortunately only a normal towel. We had to go buy towels. Nevertheless, we felt very comfortable at the place. Grandma, mother, three kids and dog would love to come back just because of the excellent location😊

Lucie is available, pleasant, attentive. The house is nice, lost in the middle of nature. Ideal for changing your mind fora weekend. There is space to park, there is cooking equipment ( except an oven) . The water heater works very well. Lucie was very accommodating about our check-in and checkout time. Recommended

We spent a wonderful and peaceful long weekend at Lucie's house with our dogs. It's cosy, spacious and right next to plenty of walking routes. Firing up the heating with coal and wood in the mornings is an adventure, but it's very effective, we were never cold, even with 0°C outside. The garden is not fenced, it wasn't a problem for us, but worth considering if your dog tends to wander off. We will definitely come back!

It is a beautiful property that is private and peaceful; great for families. Michaela was extremely responsive and provided thorough instructions from the beginning to end. The were certain amenities we could not use because of the season, but we did not miss them as this property has something for everyone. It was great to let the kids roam free in the safety of a fenced property and enjoy a fire at night while grilling your food. A well-stocked kitchen and myriad other amenities make this a great destination for groups and families who want to relax and enjoy.

Tomas' house and property are beautiful. Had a great vacation! The house is perfectly equipped, the sauna was wonderful, especially with the water barrel for cooling off, and the children loved the garden. Particularly noteworthy is the very loving decor and a portafilter coffee machine. 😍 Very nice hiking trails start right by the house. This place is highly recommended.

We had a great vacation with our two children in this really wonderful house. It is all quite impeccable and built and furnished with a lot of love, super clean, very cozy and has everything you need. Our host welcomed us warmly, gave us many tips for excursions and communication was always straightforward and reliable. We can highly recommend the accommodation. In summer, the garden with campfire and barbecue area is certainly also particularly nice.

We spent an extended weekend here. If you're looking for a place to relax and just want some peace, this is the perfect place for it. The house is very nice and modernly furnished and also luxurious. In the house everything was completely clean no dust no cobwebs everything great as you would wish :) The garden was also well maintained and cozy for this season. Communication with Jana was also great and very friendly. If you had a question, it was answered within a few minutes. We will definitely book the house again and can recommend it with a clear conscience 👍

There were eight of us in the spacious house and we felt very comfortable. The house is lovingly decorated and well-equipped. We were able to sleep very well in the nicely made beds. The children used the large garden to play and we were able to relax in the evening by the stove and during the day on garden chairs in the sun. We'll be back!

Beautiful cottage, large garden, view of Bezděz Castle, suitable for families with children, but also for lone travelers, wanting a quiet place where you can read a book in peace. There are several restaurants and lots of nice places nearby. The host is very welcoming and helpful. I can only recommend staying here!
