The hair is on a semi-remote on the edge of the forest about 150m from the village of Zátní. In the neighborhood of the cottage there are hiking and cycling trails leading through the beautiful landscape of Kokořínsko. There are two properties on the property - a cottage and a barn, which adhere to a 15m high rock in which wine cellars are carved. The old farmhouse refers to the local traditional architecture. The house has a really large plot of land with lots of greenery and fruit trees. The garden has a beautiful view of the Ronov and Vlhošť hills. The house is located in the village square, but it has a closed courtyard, and therefore offers proper privacy and absolute peace. A stream flows through the village square and there is a children's playground. Janovice is a historic village, which is still on an oval medieval floor plan and the whole village is a village conservation area.
