We had a very nice stay with 8 adults and 5 children over an extended weekend. The beds were very comfortable, the area very quiet and there was plenty for the kids to discover.

We had a pleasant stay at Jakub's. The house was very nice and large even for 5 people. Perfect location for visiting the area. Thank you for the small touches and the many documents to prepare for our visits. The key box is very convenient.

Very nice,helpful ,friendly! Excursion tips etc. completely satisfied with the landlords and the accommodation, very cool attic for sleeping for the children! All in all Perfect! Value for money great!

We loved staying at the Tiny House. It is very sweetly decorated and the quiet location is great. The amenities are really great, full kitchen and bathroom. We had everything we needed for the 3 nights.

Very nice small house with garden in a wonderfully quiet village, idyllically located. Perfect for New Year's Eve with dogs! No fireworks far and wide.

We liked the stay at the place very much! Since there were four of us, we also used the couch which was cozy! The view into the forest from the couch is heavenly :) Everything was clean and available (including wood etc). The cottage heats up quickly and is also well insulated, which is why we only heated briefly in the morning and evening every day. We wanted to use the sauna and whirlpool, but the heating takes a little too long and we didn't have time for two nights and hiking tours. The sauna is great and a nice way to relax after a long day. All in all, the stay was great and a great price-performance ratio for 4 people. 🫶🏻

We used this place for the third time. The location is excellent, the balcony and pool overlook the castle. A few meters up the stairs from the historic center. The place is clean, the pool in the heat is unbeatable, spacious. Seamless communication with Junko, friendly. The lady is on the muff and if necessary, she will arrive. 800m from the house a beautiful view of the whole Úštěk from the lookout point. It's very nice that there is a lot of fruit in the garden that is available to guests in the summer. It is also possible to sit in the garden and in a covered gazebo with chairs.. Thank you and I hope to come back again:)

Beautiful, quiet place. Great as a “base” for trips to the surrounding area (nature, castles, Macha lake, etc.) or just to relax in one of the corner of the garden belonging to the property. Furnished with taste, respect for the place, and certainly with love 😊 Recommended!

We were with a group of 12 people in Jakub's accommodation from April 10 to 13 and were completely satisfied! The house is situated in a peaceful location with beautiful views – perfect for relaxing. The place was clean, tidy, and well appointed. We particularly liked the spacious outdoor area, the barn with play facilities (table tennis, table soccer, badminton, etc.), the pool and the sauna – ideal for a short break. The surroundings also invite you to hike and the campfire was a great extra for cozy evenings. All in all a wonderful stay – we will be happy to come back!

Everything was as I expected. Very nice garden and surroundings of the village. The home has everything you need.

Excellent host. House as described and very good and clean. The pool, which can also be used in bad weather, gave the children great pleasure! House perfectly clean. Kitchen is fully equipped, even consumables are available, so you can get started right away! A few kilometers away is a supermarket (Penny), which was also open on Sunday and on the holiday.

I highly recommend this charming house! Super nice location with private access to the lake- very generous provision of kayaks and bikes- very uncomplicated and accommodating communication. We were a larger group and were all very comfortable - everyone came to their cost- kids, adults, dog... the area is also beautiful and you can both spend a quiet and active vacation. Great compliment !

Everything's just cool. The apartment is very cozy, clean. After long walks and bathing in the lake, it's very nice to relax in the sauna. Kamila is very friendly and happy to help with everything. I'll definitely be back

We had a great Pentecost weekend and were very happy with the place. Issues were responded to immediately and very kindly. We ate and drank well at the brewery. For the dogs and us, the surroundings by pedis,but also by car were wonderful for hiking and exploring. We'd love to come back!

The apartment in Maria's house is exactly as described. The house is beautifully old and historic and is being restored by Maria, i.e. the good is preserved and the necessary is modernized. Maria is very sweet, communicative and always helpful. We felt very comfortable.

We felt at home immediately when entering the home - the check in was easy and it was very clean and had a cozy interior design. The communication with Bohu/Peter was quick and they are very friendly. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and there were some beautiful hikes in close proximity. Definitely recommend coming here if you are looking for a peaceful vacation :)

The apartment is furnished simply and efficiently - a bit Nordic style, it can be seen that the owner is always trying to improve something:) The apartment is also very spacious, equipped with a kitchenette with a double heater, a small refrigerator, about three pots, a frying pan, plates, glasses, silverware, etc. As an advantage, we also saw that there is almost no mobile signal - at least Vodafone was not quite caught, so we enjoyed a really undisturbed vacation :) Behind the house is a beautiful fragrant herb garden, on the ground floor of the building there is a small colonial and a nice pub :) There are also hiking trails from the village, or just a short drive (preferably by car) and choose one of the other X hiking trails, which are really enough in Kokořínsko. Thanks again for a wonderful holiday! :) Kokořínsko really worth the visit and attention :)

We chose Villa Albatros for a weekend stay and couldn't have done better. We were in full and everything was absolutely perfect. Accommodation luxurious and clean, fully equipped, perfect for a larger group, great home environment. We spent a long weekend with our son and family dog in Ceska Lipa. We had a great time and enjoyed all the comfort this nice flat could offer. I would recommend this appartment for a family stay. It’s clean, nicely decorated and equiped.
