Cottage U Tobíka offers cozy accommodation in the heart of nature, close to the Miličany Pond. Your own pier, boat, and paddleboard rentals encourage water experiences. The surrounding pine and spruce forests invite you to walk and relax. In the evening, you can relax in a hot barrel under the stars – an ideal combination of nature, peace and quiet. !!Please note that there is a fee for firewood and setup for hot tubs!! The price for the weekend is €100. It takes about 5 hours to prepare the barrel, and we'll do that for you—all you have to do is enjoy yourself :)

The whole group will find comfort in this spacious and unique space. Thanks to the possibility of using 3 new DOME apartments, we can offer accommodation for a group of up to 14 people. In a separate house type Bungalow there are 2 apartments DOME A (3+KK 65m2) for up to 6 people, DOME B (2+KK 40m2) for up to 4 people and on the neighboring property in a separate property apartment DOME C (2+KK 32m2) for max. 4 people. The apartments are fully equipped and all have an outdoor patio with gas grill and garden furniture.

Cottage Soví Újezd is located about 7km from Mácha Lake on the border with Kokořínsko and to Prague it is also about 80km or to Liberec 58km. It is set near beautiful forests in the small village of Újezd near Jestřebí. There are lots of beautiful places nearby like castles, castles, nature, and other amazing experiences. Part of the cottage is a large garden with ancient grown nuts that give a pleasant shade and coziness, and where you can lounge on a hammock.
