We were very warmly welcomed by Marinella and felt right at home. She gave us great tips on what to do in the area – that was super helpful! The place is beautifully situated, with a breathtaking view that has delighted you every day. If anything came up, Marinella was immediately on hand and took care of herself lovingly. We had a great time all around and will definitely be back. Clear recommendation!

Great location with view of wineyards. Free parking spot and electric charger. Loved sitting outside at the gazebo for meals with an excellent view of tuscany hills. Place is huge and very well maintained. Complimentary Coffee and teas were amazing.

Beautiful rustic stay in the heart of Tuscany. Manuela was very friendly and helpful. The farm at night with the fireflies lighting up the bushes and nightingale singing in the trees was absolutely enchanting.

Beautiful, unique location. We were there for the yearly festival which was so fun to watch. We watched fireworks from the roof which was so much fun. There were breathtaking views everywhere. And we tried to make friends with all the local kitties at the cat sanctuary. Our ONLY complaint was that the apartment was HOT!!! The fans were super helpful but it was uncomfortably hot. Not honestly, even knowing that, we would stay here again!

This place is so perfect! I love the modernness of the place but also with some older Italian features. The view from the airbnb is stunning. It was nice to find a place with ac and heat. The nearby restaurants are amazing. Barberino Val D’Elsa is one of my favorite places to stay because it’s so central in Tuscany to go anywhere.

Beautiful room, well-stocked, everything extremely well cared for in detail by a person - Elena, although we did not have the opportunity to meet - who puts love into providing an experience that is absolutely worth repeating. The common areas are also extremely well-kept and comfortable.

A fabulous apartment with a super historic. I highly recommend this very modern clean and spacious apartment. I was genuinely sorry to leave and will certainly book with Dan again should I return to Florence in the future. very well located to discover Tuscany. several possibilities to radiate ( train and car) very warm welcome, very available host, attentive and responsive, good advice! Elisabetta is a perfect collaborator by taking care of the bookings of the desired visits. apartment with a lot of character, small private terrace overlooking Certaldo alto. certainly, we confirm the reviews of previous tenants on particularly low ceilings heights. it remains a shame to have to waste so much water to have this hot one. everything is designed for the comfort of its hosts. it might be missing a small coffee table for the living room. we strongly advise guests to trust Elisabetta, whom we thank again very much!! a reference to share! We had a wonderful few days here while touring Italy. The pool is fantastic as well as the additional facilities such as boules and table tennis. There is plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the sunset on an evening. We would love to come back here again and would highly recommend.

Unbeatable view! Liana checked in on us multiple times to make sure we didn’t need anything throughout the week. The instruction book was very clear with helpful instructions and great nearby recommendations. Highly recommend!

Wow, what can we say? From the moment we booked this delightful spot in Tuscany our holiday could not have gone any better. Valentina was always available to answer questions and make suggestions before we arrived as well as help us whilst we were there. Her parents were also very friendly and available to answer any questions. The accommodation was perfect, well equipped and the property maintained its Tuscan culture. The pool and surrounding garden were perfect. Ideal for either staying put and relaxing or visiting delightful Tuscan hill top cities. We cannot recommend this Airbnb highly enough. We intend to return. Thank you Valentina, for a wonderful holiday.

For check-in, we had to meet the hostess on site. The time arrangement was totally straightforward. After a short briefing, we immediately felt comfortable. The view from the balcony of San Gimignano was beautiful. The apartment is perfectly adequate and nicely decorated. The hostess arranged a parking ticket for us, so we parked much cheaper. We would stay there again anytime.

We had a wonderful time at Poggio! The location is perfect for daytrips and we especially enjoyed the pool which is only to be shared with a few other guests. The view is one of a kind. The apartment is equipped simple, but sufficient as one doesn’t spend too much time there anyways.

It was a perfect place! The surrounding natural scenery was beautiful and the accommodation was very comfortable. There was also a private garden, so we enjoyed breakfast there. Breakfast service is not provided, but bread, biscuits, jam, milk, and water are provided as a basic. There were all the tableware and seasonings such as olive oil and balsamic vinegar, so it was convenient to cook. We stayed with 2 people, but it was comfortable to wash because there were 2 bathrooms. It was nice to be able to use the washing machine without any restrictions. It was also close to major cities such as San Gimignano and Siena, so it was a perfect location to get around. If I go back to Tuscany, I want to visit this place again.

We really enjoyed it! It was a beautiful location and the location is very central to go to the big well-known cities. The view was breathtaking! You can sit outside. The cottage is a bit more authentic, but that also gives character.

Our stay at Luca’s place in Florence was wonderful. The location was extremely convenient with main attractions like the uffizi and galleria dell’academia just a short walk away. The apartment is also located in a very nice square that is lively and fun, but not noisy from the room. There are many restaurants and shops just down the stairs. The room itself was all that we could have wanted. The whirlpool tub was a very nice feature, the bed was conformable, and the atmosphere of the room was very cozy. If we return to Florence, we would love to stay at Luca’s place again!

Easy check in and out. Beautiful space and much bigger than expected. Great place to relax and explore if staying in the city. Really no negatives, book it and be happy.

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

We had a wonderful stay. The patio and hot tub were amazing. Walk to everything. No need for a car. Lots of restaurants and attractions close by. Grocery store around the corner. Outdoor hot tub was lovely after a day of steps.

Superb spot close to river. Bed is confortable. Yes, stairs could be a challenge for some only it is clearly stated. At the end of the day, it’s alright!

Excellent location and beautiful apartment. Easy to get in self-check in and good communication with the host. Great kitchen, stocked with all the hardware you need. Common area was comfortable for the 4 of us. The view is amazing. Balconies on the water with close up views of Ponte Vecchio. Definitely one of the best places we've stayed in a 20 day trip in several cities.

Emily's apartment is the perfect location to explore Lucca. She was extremely helpful when communicating and very prompt when replying to any queries.

We loved staying here and had the most fantastic time. They were super helpful and responsive to everything and we can’t wait to go back.
