The photos show the space as it is. Reynaldo was very friendly and always responded promptly. The depa is large and comfortable. The terrace is the best part. It has everything you need and feels safe. It feels a little far from the restaurants, but they are actually only a 15 minute walk away. You get to Santa María beach by walking in less than 10 minutes (if you walk through the terrain next door). If you are struggling to mobilize, the 4 floors without an elevator can be a challenge, but if not, everything is excellent.

If I had to sum it up in one word, it would be cozy. I really liked the place and enjoyed it from start to finish, José is a very good host, he was attentive from the first moment and gave facilities and suggestions for the area, I felt very comfortable and at home. I would definitely come back.

Good place, super close to the beach

José is very friendly and willing to help, Mrs. Maria, in charge of keys, is also friendly. The accommodation is a few steps from the beach, well located, clean and tidy.

Lorraine is a mind reader who has always been ahead of our needs. I was amazed the very first day while the sun was setting and I found myself wondering on how to turn the balcony lights on,,, a few seconds later she texted "I left the light remote control by your door... ", then the gas bottle was over and she took less than ten minutes to have it changed. Lorraine does make you feel at home since the very first moment, my family and I did enjoy our stay and definitely award her with 100 points. The place was very comfortable and it was properly equipped and furnished, comfy beds and the view was magnificent. This is the first time we have met her and her place, but positively we are going to be back several times.

Very nice house, we had a great stay. It's a very family home if you're going with children, it's great so they can play and have fun.

The house is very well equipped, Jenny responds quickly. If you go with children, you have the pool in the house and the pool in the condominium. For beachgoers like us, you can choose several beaches walking along the pier and if you like to exercise, the walk from the house to the beach is perfect to get around. Recommended!

We were greeted by Mrs. Luz's husband, then her niece in charge was attentive to us. The place is nice, private, safe, there are few families around, pet friendly. For the date we came it was a little cold at night, but good weather in general. There is quite a bit of wildlife, we were able to walk quietly with our dogs on the beach. The house is very nice on the outside and inside, clean, with several appliances and kitchenware to use. The bathrooms are also very clean. The only problem is the showers, in some the water comes out but mopping solves it. The pool is small but it was very clean, quite nice. The grill is good, we brought our own charcoal but there was some to use, I would recommend bringing lighters. It is better to come with your own car to be able to get to Boulevard de Asia easily, but in any case there are Ubers that accept the trip,

Linda beach house, very well located a few minutes from the Boulevard and with easy access to the beach. A plus was the pool that was in good condition. I would come back without hesitation.

Nice and spacious house a few steps from the beach entrance. My family and I had a great weekend. Madeleine was very kind, she allowed us to stay until after the scheduled check-out due to a problem we had with our mobility. We would definitely like to come back!

Excellent experience, Jhonny from the very friendly first contact and quick to answer our concerns. Very kind condo staff as well. Everything as indicated in the description. The only thing that can improve is internet service, otherwise very good.

Vanessa's attention was clear, quick, friendly and flexible. The house has everything you need to spend a few days relaxing near the sea. The condominium is clean, with well-maintained gardens and pools. The spacious, clean and life-saving beach. The proximity to Boulevard de Asia is a plus for shopping and dining in various restaurants. We would hire Vanessa again.

The apartment is cozy, all tidy and clean. Only the coffee pot and the bulkheads should be fixed. The sea exit at night is dark the way. Hence everything is very helpful from the security that works to the owner.

A very nice view, the beach is small and gets crowded quickly, but you can find a spot. The beach is ideal for swimming and children.

The vistas through all the tall glass doors are fantastic. The floorplan is open, allowing a nice breeze. The kitchen is well equipped. Potable water was provided. There was plenty of toilet paper. We spent a lot of time on the porch watching the bay. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Bruno is a great host, he was very attentive when I arrived and waited for me. The place is super cozy, close to the condominium pool and about 10 minutes from the beach, it has all the comforts to spend quality time with family or friends in a private and quiet atmosphere.

100% recommended , super cute duplex , cozy , nice view and the best part is that Mr. Moisés and his wife super friendly and very attentive , my family and I were super satisfied.
