Everything was spectacular! Superbly located, close to the beach, a winery one block away, the condominium is superb and everyone who was working there was very friendly. Vanessa and Enrique's communication was amazing from day 1, super fast and friendly. The apartment is super comfortable, very easy to access and the terrace is the best part, very comfortable!! The condominium staff is very friendly, always attentive. I had a mishap and the owners helped me solve it quickly, they are always attentive and very friendly. It looks small but it's enough to get away for a moment from the city with the family. I would recommend it

The condominium and apartment are in excellent condition, well maintained and equipped for a comfortable and pleasant stay. A real pleasure to arrive at a place like this. The kitchen is very well equipped, with an excellent refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, filtered coffee maker and more. The TVs have streaming apps enabled (I used Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Disney+ without any problems), and the sound systems are of very good quality. The décor and furnishings create a welcoming vibe. The condominium works impeccably, with operational facilities, well-maintained pools and a practical restaurant. Some details to consider: parking is somewhat tight (Toyota Rav4 with 20 cm margin per side). On weekends there are more people, but the use control in the family pool allows rotation and good access. I'd like to highlight the communication with Giancarlo, always attentive and quick to respond. In short, an excellent stay in a beautiful place.

My stay in San Bartolo was very nice. The property was clean, well located and with all amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. The host, Juan Francisco, was very attentive and was always available for any questions. I would definitely recommend this place for those looking to relax near the sea

The house is as shown in the photos, has the equipped kitchen, the beautiful pool and an excellent grill. Everything ok! We had no issues checking in as the communication was great! Yes, I would come back! Highly recommended!

From the moment of booking Claudia communicates instantly to provide all the details of the case, the house and location are perfect, the house is more beautiful than in the photos, the kitchen is very well equipped, the rooms, clean bathrooms and the pool of the best , it felt like staying much longer, we will definitely be back in the next opportunity. The beach is very close to the corner you already have the sea and from the terrace you can see the beach and a breathtaking view of the peñas where fishing is practiced (I went with my father to fish and we were able to find for our bread with pejerrey and fried). We had an incredible weekend, together with my family we appreciate the attention of the owners who were always available. Thank you so much. 100% Recommended.

It was a great experience, the house was really nice and fully equipped.

The place was very nice , I loved it because there were not many people and the beach was super quiet despite the fact that it was summer there were not many people, which gave me a lot of tranquility , ideal to relax with the family , my daughters were delighted , we found everything equipped with what we needed and I was also able to go with my pet , both the person in charge and Denisse were very friendly, recommended .

The duplex is beautiful, it complies with everything mentioned in the publication, it is very close to everything, very well equipped and has a beautiful view. I imagine it's a matter of time before they fix the access, which was the only thing that limited us a bit from going out at night. It's something to keep in mind. The apartment is super spacious, I loved the view and we were able to enjoy the weekend.

It was a pleasure to stay in this beautiful beach house, super functional and with a beautiful view, it was a luxury to be on the terrace and contemplate the sea. Private, safe and clean environment. The place is quiet, you have a good time at Maritza's place. I recommend it if you want to enjoy the beach. It's the end of March and there are fewer people on the beach to enjoy the sea.

Great place to spend it with family, quiet and close to the beach. It has a pool in the depa and also if desired the other pool on the terrace can be booked. There were some problems when we arrived but they were always attentive to being fixed as quickly as possible and always attentive to what we ask about the place. He was flexible with the check-out.

An excellent place to spend a few days near the beach, in a very quiet area and with several alternatives of restaurants, shops and so on. The apartment is super spacious, well furnished, bright, with a very good ocean view, cozy… a lovely place!
