Centrally located and many places to visit for those of us who like to walk.

The place is just as described, it has food stalls nearby, an Oxxo and a shopping plaza with a Walmart as well as a metro station. It was easy to get there and get around, not to mention that Paty gave us recommendations on where to get off or which stations to take. The area is good for walking; take precautions if you're going to do it at night, unless you already know the area. The place is shared, so spaces like the bathroom, dining room, refrigerator, and kitchen are common areas except for the room where you will be staying. The nights are cool and the room does not have air conditioning, but Paty welcomed us with clean sheets, a blanket and pillows. Please note that unless you close the windows, there may be mosquitoes around the plants and trees in the garden. At all times they made us feel right at home and very well cared for; Paty was always very friendly and accessible from our arrival to our departure.

I stayed in the cozy apartment for a month and had everything I needed during that time. The location is really functional: you can walk to all parts of the historic center and there are good transport connections to other places. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly at all times. The neighbors were also friendly. I hope to return some day.

If I could give 10 stars to everything I would, but the maximum is 10. They are very friendly, the apartment is impressive and super comfortable, they leave you lots of snacks and drinks, the TV with surround sound is great, fast internet, this place is amazing.

I had a wonderful stay! Luz and Edith were incredibly helpful, responsive, and made everything smooth and easy. The place was very private, clean, and I felt completely safe. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Stay here—you won’t regret it! Very quiet and the decor is so tasteful.

Great room and location right in front of El Zócalo. I felt real safe during my stay. Andrea was quick to respond to anything needed. I will definitely look into staying here again in the future.

We were very comfortable, the place was clean when we arrived, everything was in order, the location is fabulous, you have many places of interest very close and the area feels safe, the only detail was the air conditioning that is broken, but it is something that the publication says, and they offer fans that with the climate of CDMX, it is enough to spend the night cool. The kitchen has all the necessary elements and they have a washer-dryer, which is very useful especially if you travel with children. The place is comfortable and safe. Thanks for having us

A very nice apartment in a very central area and a few blocks from a subway station. In addition, the lady at the front desk was very nice and friendly to us. I recommend that you visit the Roof Garden at night, it has a very nice view and you can see the LATAM tower. The apartment was just like the photos, it just has a few details like the TV is not built into the wall, but nothing that can't be fixed

We loved staying there. The building is beautiful, very safe and quiet. The loft and terrace 11/10.

Our stay was very pleasant, Victor was very friendly and very helpful. The apartment is in a good location, it's close to downtown and several points of interest in Mexico City, you feel safe with guards. The only thing is that the neighbors upstairs are quite noisy, mainly at night, but that's not the host's problem. Yes, I would stay at the same apartment again.

Very good location, and very safe building

The apartment is all you need for a great visit to Mexico City. The place is comfortable and very well equipped. It is very close to many restaurants, pharmacies, convenience stores, etc. It is also very close to the Monument to the Revolution and within walking distance of the Historic Center. Alina was a great host, always ready to help and answer any questions or concerns. You won't regret staying here! 😄

Javier and Ana were amazing host. They responded very fast and were constantly checking in to make sure we were okay. There’s a ton to do in the surrounding area and everything is walkable. Definitely recommend this location. Gracias Javier y Ana!

Location 10/10 close to the main tourist attractions, very quiet area and building guarded all day by guard, the place is super comfortable, as well as the beds, in conclusion very nice place , we loved it, to return to Mexico I would definitely choose the same place

The place is so beautiful. There are so many places to do work from. The beds are also comfortable and Betsy was amazing. She recommended places to eat and things to do.

Great stay! Would recommend. Much rather stay here than in the touristy areas plus you have security 24/7 which was so nice. Definitely worth the price and it’s a prime location! Blocks away from Bellas artes and Chinatown. Pharmacy right around the corner with food stands. Also, lots of windows but the building next door is abandoned! If you can, stay here!

Nancy was very nice and I find her appartement very charming and clean (very nice smell also!). I appreciate the security system (I felt safe inside) and I recommend some ear plugs for the light sleepers (as mentionned in the description, it is on a busy corner!).
