Es un lugar tranquilo, acogedor y muy limpio. Tiene una buena vista desde la habitación principal y el balcón. Además es pet friendly :)

Fue como haber estado en casa, la vista es hermosa, el departamento está súper equipado y la torre tiene muchos amenities. El que tenga la plaza enfrente lo hace un más atractivo, por las tardes salimos en familia q caminar, por un helado o al cine. Definitivamente regresaría a hospedarme nuevamente ahí.

Excelente ubicación, el loft está muy bien. Los espacios son cómodos. El estacionamiento es amplio. Recomendable 100%

Miguel was an excellent host. The place provided is just like the pictures, with a beautiful rooftop pool. The unit has huge floor-to-ceiling windows that just light the whole place up and make it feel super open with lots of natural light. Everything is new and clean, with cool tile floors—just an overall very peaceful place to stay. A 10-minute walk to the mall, there's a great coffee place called Momu a quick 5-minute walk away where they are very friendly and offer a ton of nearby whole and vegan food options that are delicious. They also have a great coffee menu. The unit that Miguel offers is very close, maybe a 5-minute walk, to a grocery store with fresh produce and all the essentials needed. The complex is secure and very well lit up, super safe. Very nice people in this area and very helpful to new people to the neighborhood. This was a great place to stay. I work remotley and never had issues with the internet. I would most definitely stay here again this place was great!!!

Todo muy bien, las instalaciones nuevas y padres! El depa muy equipado y Agusto porque es la PB, nosotros fuimos en plan familiar, llevaba niños pequeños y disfrutaron la alberca igual que el baby room. Lo recomiendo ☺️

Habíamos echo una reserva de un mes pero tuvimos que dejarla el mismo día pues no tenia estacionamiento como lo describio el anfitrión ya que el estacionamiento era en la calle muy transitada o en una plaza. El anfitrión amablemente accedió a asernos el reembolso completo. Gracias!

Mi experiencia en este departamento fue excelente. El lugar estaba impecable, bien equipado y perfectamente ubicado cerca de todos los servicios y atracciones principales. La decoración es acogedora y moderna, lo que lo hace sentir como en casa desde el primer momento. Además, la atención del anfitrión fue excepcional: siempre disponible para cualquier consulta y atento a los detalles para asegurarse de que mi estancia fuera perfecta. Sin duda, recomendaría este lugar a cualquiera que busque comodidad y calidad. ¡Espero volver pronto!

excelente ubicación, un departamento realmente bello, estuvimos 8 días por la recuperación de mi esposo y fue increíble 🫢 despertar y ver el lago wow eso no tiene precio una vista increíblemente hermosa, podíamos salir a caminar tranquilamente. me sentí como en casa y la atención de Charito fue maravillosa, siempre estuvo pendiente, y cuando tenía alguna pregunta contestaba rápido, fue muy amable y amigable. calificación 11 de 10. cuando regrese a Mérida volveré alojarme aquí sin duda alguna.

No lo sé pero el lugar tiene una chispa que deleita al momento de entrar al departamento.

Pros: - The space was nice, clean, comfortable and well-stocked with plenty of storage. The kitchen had utensils and seasonings and the rooftop and pool area were pleasant, especially at night. The air conditioning worked well. The unit was a bit small but a perfect size for two people and of high quality - The lobby staff and hosts were very friendly and responsive Cons: - There was some construction noise during the day on weekdays, it wasn't too bad but a bit annoying - though this wasn't under the hosts' control - There were a few power outages during the last two days of our stay, but they weren't too lengthy - but again, not under the hosts' control Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend others stay here as well!

El departamento está prácticamente nuevo, fácil de accesar y con detalles por parte del anfitrión. Vale cada peso!

Ana was a great host and always communicated when I needed help! Her place was very easy to find and decorated so beautifully. We will definitely be back soon!

After a couple issues at another place I chose Laura’s place. I am so glad I did! This time I chose to stay a little away from centro. The place is just as described and better, but what I found to be the best part was the superb customer service that I received there. The place is away from centro in a private community but close to visit when needed. The place was clean and very comfortable. We were able to get into the community pool which was a few steps in front of our place. We also had our private smaller pool if needed, but we enjoyed interacting with the community people. I would definitely recommend it. We will be back!

Casa muy acogedora, los espacios fueros muy útiles, el anfitrión siempre estaba pendiente por cualquier situación, ambien muy cómodo

Very nice house located in Centro within walkable distance to a lot of restaurants and nice spots. Had trouble at check in because the lockbox password had been changed and when we got the updated code the keys were not there so we had to wait outside until the keys were retrieved which wasn’t a great start to our trip after a long day flying. Other than that, the house is huge, beautiful and it was great for our family. P.S. don’t forget your bug spray because mosquitoes in Merida are wild!

Excelente casa en condominio horizontal privado. Tal cual lo describe en su anuncio. Muy cómodo y con todas las amenidades funcionando. Está a las afueras de Mérida pero no es ningún problema desplazarte. Ideal para descansar. La piscina está de lujo!. Volveré seguramente.

La casa coincide con las fotos tal cual, es tranquila la cerrada, el vehículo está seguro hay vigilancia en la entrada, contestan los mensajes, resolvieron un problemita con un baño que dieron solución rápida, son personas agradables, aceptaron a nuestra mascota de apoyo emocional y si enviaron la factura solicitada. Si volvería a quedarme, se los recomiendo
