Miguel is an excellent host, he was always attentive to us and the house is really clean and comfortable.

Mariano was an amazing host. I wrote down the wrong address, so was late arriving. He was kind and forgiving. He offered to take me to Walmart for groceries! Later I thought I needed a printout of my Maya Train ticket and he made it for me. The suite was so comfortable and I loved the pool! The location is in a lovely family neighborhood that is closed to the center and not far from anything else. Great person! Great stay! Thanks :)

I fell in love with the design of the house. The place was very clean and true to the pictures posted. The location was excellent, close to Paseo Montejo, which facilitated access to different points of interest. Also, the directions to get to and access the property were clear and accurate which made the whole process simple and seamless. Overall a very positive experience.

I felt right at home during my five-week stay. The location of the house is within a 10-15 minute walk of the "Plaza Grande" in the historic "Centro" neighborhood surrounded by cultural activities and great restaurants. The Santiago market featuring fresh fruits and vegetables is only a few blocks from the house. When I wanted to visit places that were further away, it was very easy and inexpensive to get Ubers in front of the house. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots and pans, etc. and I used the washer and dryer for several loads of laundry. The rooms in the house were spacious and all of the bedrooms and the office had air conditioning. Rossana is very deserving of her Superhost rating. She is very conscientious and responsive --she always responded within a few minutes of my texting her and was helpful in giving recommendations for restaurants and cultural activities.

The only thing missing was hot water on the spot, I'm very late to get out. Everything else was excellent.

The cozy house, very easy to control with Alexa, Walmart is a 5 min walk away, has a bakery nearby and several restaurants, very easy to access. The pool for children is great, the house equipped with everything you need to spend a great stay. Recommendation to bring mosquito repeant Alberto a great host always answered all the questions and was aware of any situation that arose.

It is a grate place for family vacation

The apartment is very nice and very comfortable, it has a spectacular view. It's practically new, everything is spotless. The walk down to the divine beach, the quiet beach full of shells and snails. The only detail is that on the beach there is no place to sit, I suggest you take your beach chairs to be more comfortable. In general, everything was very good!

Once again we had a great stay. We love the pool on the roof top!

I booked Brett's property for my sister and her husband, who shared that the property was very nice, warm and comfortable. And the amazing ocean view. Before booking, Brett answered the questions I had about the property and gave us suggestions for places to eat around. I recommend it 100% :)

The site and location are adorable! Resting and relaxing, enjoying the sea, the pool, is the best we have had in the Chuburna-Chelem area!

Great spot right next to the ocean and block away from the malecon. We had a great time staying here. Algo Bueno is an amazing seafood restaurant just a few blocks away.

The apartment is as shown in the photos, everything is fine. Clean, tidy, safe, equipped kitchen.

This place is AMAZING! Our family loved the nature and the pool, it’s gorgeous and relaxing but still not far from Merida (20 minute drive). Luis was very responsive and gave us lots of great recommendations, and went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. The maintenance guy was also very friendly and helpful. This stay is unreservedly recommended!

A place to happily isolate. Very cool rooms even in the hot season. Accepting our dog was the main criterion.

It helped us and fixed the problems we got to have during our place, it was quite friendly, the cabin was very nice and let us choose between ground floor and first floor, the place of stay is very nice I recommend it quite a bit, there was hot water and gas to be able to cook.
