Small apartment with everything you need.

Great stay! Pleasant, pretty, cozy and peaceful apartment. Close to the metro (less than 50 m from Retiro). Very responsive host, clear instructions sent by WhatsApp, flexible and easy key collection. We experienced the general blackout in Spain on 4/28, contacting the host to check that we were okay and help us with our efforts. Alejandro is great and accessible.

The location is perfect in center of Madrid, close/walkable to many main attractions, metro and food. The place was very clean and comfortable and just what we needed. Would defiantly recommend and stay again.

The location is ideal, close to everything: metro, bus, taxi, in the city center. No need for transportation to reach Gran Vía, Plaza Mayor or the Prado Museum, everything is within walking distance! The accommodation is very clean, tidy, and perfectly equipped — you'll find everything you need in the kitchen. Carmen was very responsive and available to answer any questions we had. I will come back without hesitation. Thanks again!

My stay was great! The host was incredibly responsive and available whenever I needed anything, making the experience smooth and stress-free. The apartment is in an excellent location, with easy access to the airport and plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and bars right on the street. It’s also within close proximity to museums and all the great attractions Madrid has to offer, making it a fantastic base for exploring the city. However, while the area is lively and convenient, I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it for solo female travelers at night, as it didn’t always feel the most comfortable. As for the apartment itself, it was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. Just a note for those who prefer a firmer bed—the mattress is quite soft. It’s a matter of personal preference, but something to keep in mind. Overall, it was a great stay, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a well-located and well-managed place with a super responsive host!

Great apartment. Top location! Very nice quiet square with terrace around the corner and the liveliness of the big city a few minutes' walk away.

This is a fantastic spot - you can tell they’ve put a lot of thought into the design. If you book, know that this is a 4th floor apartment without an elevator, so won’t be ideal if you have heavy checked luggage. Otherwise, everything was great

I had a great experience at this Airbnb. The apartment was very comfortable, it was impeccably clean and had everything you need for a pleasant stay. The area felt safe at all times, even when walking at night, and the subway was just a 10 minute walk away, which made it very easy to get around town. The host was very attentive, friendly and was always available to help with anything. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Our stay was perfect. The house is walking distance to everywhere in the city but is off the street so is very quiet. It was very cold and rainy when we were there. We really appreciated the dual climate control units. We also came with a suitcase full of dirty clothes and really appreciated all of the hangars and the drying rack that enabled us to do 3 loads of laundry the first night. Most Airbnbs have only a few hangars.

Great accommodation with a very good and quiet location. We were in Madrid with our two children (8 & 14 years) for a few days and felt very comfortable right away. The loft is super furnished, with great facilities. There was enough room for everyone and you didn't feel cramped. The metro to the center is only about 5 minutes walk. The airport can be reached in about 30 minutes in the morning hours by car. From the main train station to the property it is about 45 minutes by metro. Supermarkets and bakeries are also a 5-minute walk away. Karena is very nice and left no questions unanswered and also gave very great tips. What more can you say, just book - we recommend the loft 100%.

We stayed at this property for a few days. The place was as advertised, clean and well-maintained. Check-in was simple and communication with the host was clear and timely. It's about 10/15 minutes from the center of Madrid. Overall, a good base for visiting the city.

The studio was clean and cozy. Easy and quick check-in. The location is great because it's close to the subway and therefore easy to get around Madrid and get to the airport. A quiet neighborhood and the market near the property is very useful. If you have children, you will appreciate the parking lot in front of the property. We'll be happy to come back if we go back to Madrid. Host available, responsive, and helpful tips.

David was a really quick responding host. Every question had a fast answer . The place was near the metro station and it was really amazing the metro network in Madrid . David was really polite with many local proposals for every taste . But I want to be honest that his place is not fit to a three member family like us . Poor sound insulation , not enough space for all of us , and a sofa turns to bed for sleeping . This is wrong understanding by me and not David’s false. But I don’t want to complain because Madrid is something else and I will always connect my first visit in Madrid with David’s apartment . Thanks David .
