Cute home with everything we needed and more. Beds were very comfortable and the extra linens came in handy because the home did run a bit cooler. The neighbourhood was charming and we felt safe walking our dogs in the area. Thanks for sharing your home with us Denise!

A lovely peaceful place with views of nature from all windows. It is the perfect place and location to unwind. The place is stylish and comfy with everything you need and Fred was very easy and reliable to communicate with. Would definitely recommend and would definitely return.

Jay was so responsive to us and all of our needs. His uniquely designed home was a perfect back drop for celebrating my weekend get an away! We just spent 5 nights at the postmaster's house and we had a wonderful time. Communication with Trevor was easy and everything was as described. The location is fantastic for a vacation, even with our 2 year old son. The environment around the house and the view from the backyard is very calming. We would, without hesitation, stay there again!!!

Highly recommend Prince’s place! It was exactly as described, was in a great location and was extremely well equipped. Prince was super communicative and checkin/out was quite simple. Great spot for a weekend away!

The house is close to everything and was easy to access. Extremely clean and it had everything we needed and then some. John is a great host and kept in touch to make sure we arrived safely. It is a great place to stay at if you ever go to Kingston.

Very nice stay, if we are ever in Port Hope again we will be staying here! Close to downtown, and the place is private and well kept! Would recommend!

We didn't have the chance to fully enjoy the old charm of the house since we were at a ultimate frisbee tournament all weekend. With 4 beds and 2 bathrooms, it fulfilled our needs. Walkable to pier restaurants, main street and in close driving proximity of the train station.

Loved our stay at Catchmore. Very private setting, quiet/peaceful location, also the spot along the river was great for boating/fishing (slow current in specific spot). All in all would definitely recommend and we’d love to visit again!

It was a great Experience that we visited this nice cottage. Clean neat perfect place for a family with lots of amenities. No one will regret choosing this place as their vacation home. The host is very responsive and never gets late for whatever you need.

Our stay at Craig and Susan’s place was amazing! The cottage is beautiful and has everything you’d need. The kitchen was stocked, just bring your food and you’re set! The pool was warm and very enjoyable. The scenery was breathtaking and peaceful. Craig and Susan were very welcoming. They were amazing, kind and helpful hosts! The delicious welcome cookies and snacks were a beautiful touch. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at the North COTTAGE for a ladies work trip to Peterborough. Everything was as listed, and this was one of the cleanest Airbnbs I have stayed in! We really loved the coffee bar, and the morning view was beautiful. The hot tub and pool were very clean and great to use after a long day of training. Thanks for a pleasant stay, Mike!

4 cousins in our late 50's for a 3 night stay. We have been doing this annually for 30+ years. I can honestly say this has been one of the all-time best stays. The manual in the cottage highlights all of the things to visit & do within 30 minutes. Tweed & Madoc may not have many options for roadhouse & higher-end restaurants but Belleville is a quick 30 minute drive with tons of options. That didn't matter to us as we bought groceries & enjoyed salads, meats & chacuterie because we didn't want to leave the beautiful surroundings. The kitchen is fully equipped whether you do gourmet or quick meals. The kitchen table was perfect to gather around for meals, games and gabbing. The living room & outdoor living space were cozy, comfy & beautifully decorated. The entire house decor was stunning. Minimal & gorgeous. The outdoor & indoor fireplaces add to the coziness. The outdoor ping pong table, inflatable boat and kayaks looked brand new. Running out of space; so much more to say...dang 🙂

We really enjoyed our stay. Place was very clean and exactly as described. Perfect for couples looking for a relaxing getaway. Loved using the BBQ and Sauna and enjoying the sun by the river sounds.

this place was exactly as advertised and exactly what we wanted. sharon and her son ( cant remember name exactly now) were absolutely perfect hosts. Everyone even the the other residents of the resort were supper friendly. the place does have a beach but not really meant for swimming so if beach is your thing look elsewhere. if your a fisherman this is the place for you. beautiful spot very seculded but surprisingly close to madoc. we will be staying with sharon and family again next year forsure if she will have us. thanks sharon for the wonderfull time

We had an amazing weekend at this cabin! I stayed with my wife and son, and we all had a fantastic time. The place had everything we needed-fully equipped, cozy, and super clean. The sunsets were absolutely incredible and made each evening unforgettable. It's the perfect spot to relax and enjoy nature. The host was excellent-very responsive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. We would absolutely love to come back!

The cabin itself is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need and more. Waking up to the view of the water just steps from the door was a highlight, and I even spotted some local wildlife during my stay. If you’re looking for a quiet, nature-filled retreat to recharge and disconnect, this place is ideal. Highly recommend.
