My husband and I spent two nights in Nikol's apartment while visiting our son at Penn State. The apartment was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated how well Nikol also communicated with us about things from parking to check in/out. The location was convenient. If the weather was better, we probably would have walked to town, but it was a quick drive to both town and East Hall dorms. We also appreciated that the apartment included tea/coffee and a few snacks. We hope to stay again.

We had SUCH a nice stay here!! Both Ken and Claire are super nice and helpful and accommodating as well as hospitable!! Very responsive and helpful!! Ken was so great with communication and made sure we were comfortable and happy as our weekend went on. Truly. Great quiet and quaint place to stay with an older area which was beautiful! We love Boalsburg! And the location was fantastic for our events going on this weekend around state college and in state college. Great GREAT place!!! We will definitely stay again if we come next year!!

Joy is the ultimate host! The house is always in immaculate shape and the snacks are on point. Joy also needs to start selling her canned goods as a side gig because they’re amazing! I would definitely recommend staying while in the Bellefonte area…unless we’re in town then we’re staying there 😆. We look forward to visiting again soon.

We recently stayed at this Jonas charming AirBnB during a difficult time for a funeral, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The apartment was impeccably clean, with fresh linens, towels, and bedding that made us feel instantly at home. Housed in a beautiful old building on Millheim's main street, it perfectly combines historic charm with modern comfort. The remodeled bathroom was a highlight, boasting excellent water pressure—a small detail that made a big difference. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, and we loved starting each morning at the nearby Meandering Mallard Coffee House. We're already looking forward to returning in the fall, this time with the rest of our family. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Millheim or the surrounding area!

Easy check in and out. Check the website for the Gamble Mill to get info on the bar and restaurant downstairs. We stayed on a Tuesday night; It was totally quiet. Location is steps away from the river walk and multiple parks. Room was clean and as described. Hope to stay again next time we are passing by!

We loved Alex’s apt so much last year that this was our second time staying there :) It’s so nicely decorated, the kitchen is stocked with everything you need plus a Keurig coffee machine :) Also, the beds are comfortable and so is the sofa in the family room where we relaxed with our sons. It’s also a really quick drive to downtown and PSU. I’d give it 10 stars if I could !! :)

Carolyn’s Blue Door apartment was perfect for our Penn State CFP weekend stay. The property was clean, as described, and even more spacious than we anticipated! Perfect for four people and a nice 30 minute drive to State College. Carolyn was extremely responsive and we enjoyed some of the local restaurants right across the street. Will definitely be booking again!

This place worked perfectly for what we wanted. It felt like a quiet retreat only steps away from plenty to do in State College. The house had everything we needed, and Jill would have definitely helped us find anything if the house didn't have it. Bonus for Jill's art hanging throughout the space!

Nice little apartment for my son's weekend college tour at PSU. Definitely an off-campus housing with other students living there that added to the vibe that he would get if he ended up coming here. Clean and well appointed. Walking distance to the school and the town. Bonus parking in the basement.

We stayed here for the Penn State playoff game and it was perfect. The location is near the stadium and its easy to get there and back from downtown after a night out. Its a beautiful and comfortable place with a fantastic fireplace and TV. The kitchenette is a nice touch. It is perfect for couple or a few friends on a PSU weekend. Ryan was also extremely helpful, communicative, and helpful. Highly recommend this spot!
