Very Clean and both Stephen and Erin were extremely responsive and flexible in terms of check in. A short drive to PSU. Would rent again!

One word to describe this house…perfect! Julie is a wonderful host who is extremely responsive and accommodating too. The house was so clean and beautifully decorated. I highly recommend this place and look forward to staying here again.

Diana's home was exactly as described and the hot tub was an added bonus! She was such a thoughtful host- leaving breakfast items, snacks and drinks for us and our wrestlers for the long weekend. There were plenty of household supplies, including extra blankets and pillows. She was very responsive as well, overall we had a wonderful stay at Diana's home!

Tims place was very nice. Clean, fresh and up to date. Everything was new and smelled new. Needs some amenities (do to being new on Airbnb), but was perfect for what we needed. If you need to ask questions or have concerns Tim is extremely responsive to get right back to you. Instructions were easy and clear upon check-in and check-out. Thank you, we had a wonderful stay in State College.

Great location for visiting State college -even though it’s off a busy road and across from a park, it’s a quiet, peaceful neighborhood- and lots of great space for a big family with very comfortable beds and very clean- we would definitely return!

Lisa's place is absolutely beautiful, comfortable and quiet - like a stay at a 5-star hotel! The decor has been updated since the photos in the listing, and the amenities were everything you need and more - bottled water in the fridge, coffee service, wine available for purchase, tv's that were easy to use! It was the perfect place for my husband and I to wind down after the football game, and we look forward to sharing it with friends later this fall.

The place was spotless! The kitchen was very well stocked and the checking in/out process was super easy. The location is very convenient just a 10 minute drive to PSU. The beds were comfortable too!

The place is very nice, and the host was very responsive. We stayed there after a Penn State football game and most hotels were sold out, so it was great to have another option. It was a little harder/more expensive to Uber back there but we were happy to have that rather than a super expensive hotel downtown.

Beautiful place that is comfortable, clean & nicely decorated. It’s a great set up for 6 people and close to Penn State. We would definitely stay here again!

Josh’s home was perfect for a football weekend trip to PSU! Not only was the home in a quiet neighborhood, but it was a close distance from Beaver Stadium. Highly recommend anyone looking for a place to stay for a game weekend- Josh was an amazing host and has an incredible response time to messages!

We had a great stay! Stuart’s property was lovely, spotless and close to campus. There had been a severe storm in the area the week of our stay. Stuart went above and beyond to make sure all was well with the power prior to our arrival. Access was limited to the development due to a downed power line, so Stuart clearly communicated how to gain entry to the development. He was responsive and communicated well. Plenty of space for our 7 guests. We would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to friends!
