North Atherton Ave with restaurants, grocery stores, and other amenities is less than 5 minutes away. Easy access from Rt. 322 to the PSU stadium and Bryce Jordan Ctr. Sleeps 10 (3 queen beds, 1 queen futon, 1 queen air mattress). We live very close by and we'll go out of our way to ensure you have a great stay in Happy Valley!
