Its central location gives guests easy access to all that State College has to offer—2.9 miles from Beaver Stadium, 4.3 miles from Old Main, and 1.8 miles from groceries, restaurants, and shopping. The location is perfect for peace and quiet, while being very close to it all. This unit is detached and not part of the main house.

The suite has one and a half baths (yea!), kitchenette with coffee maker, kettle, mini-fridge, microwave, plenty of natural light, free parking, patio & yard, a lighted, paved walkway to a private, key-less entrance, and sleeping space for up to 4 people. Penn State getaway. One mile from campus and downtown. An easy walk and easier Uber to everything State College and Penn State. Beaver Stadium, Allen Street Grill, The Phyrst, The Creamery, and shopping are all within walking distance. Apartment can sleep up to 4 people. The bedroom has a queen bed and the couch is a day-bed with a pull out underneath if extra beds are needed.
