Enjoy the view and the quiet with little to no traffic. We are 15 minutes from Penn State's campus so you really get the best of both worlds. We Are!

Cottage in Warriors Mark

Our Cottage was originally the Barber shop here in Warriors Mark. It was eventually converted into an efficiency apartment. I completely renovated the Cottage over the summer of 2024. The space is very comfortable and inviting with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The space is perfect for a couple. The loveseat easily converts to a full size bed 51x72 inches. It is comfortable for one adult or 2 children. PLEASE let me know in advance if you will need the sofabed set up.

A Fisherman's Getaway- Less than 10 Min From PSU!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This newly remodeled home is located along the Spring Creek in Fisherman's Paradise, one of the finest Trout Streams in Pennsylvania. Several unique antiques! The home is approximately 5 miles from State College and Penn State University. It is easily accessible to Route 322, Route 80, and Route 99 / 220. There is plenty of peace and quiet and so relaxing listening to the stream from the front porch or by the newly installed firepit.

Charming Victorian Home at Pisano Winery

The house has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a private bath. The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom. There is a coffee/tea cart in the hall with a Keurig K-cup machine, cups, spoons, forks, knives and snacks. There is also a small refrigerator and microwave oven. There is NOT a kitchen. The refrigerator will have complimentary bottled water and half & half. Please let me know if you would like something else in the fridge, like milk or heavy cream for your coffee/tea.
