The house is exremely functional, it has everything it takes for a comfortable stay. Homemade Mr. Walter very kind and helpful. Great wi fi sign, wonderful pool, great barbecue, amazing space and super tidy to rest. I'll come back more times

Our stay was short but it was a great experience, the location is great, the house is very clean and had everything we needed, and the hosts were very friendly and responsive. Unfortunately, a few small things from our belongings went missing during the time we were there and we could not figure out what happened to them. The hosts were informed and very kind about it.

Laryssa a very good person, helpful always responded quickly , we had an unforeseen with the checkup because of the time we arrived on the last day, but she understood and gave a deadline for us, I highly recommend.

Carlos was very attentive and polite, the very pleasant and familiar atmosphere, a quiet place with a very pleasant landscape, I found it easy to access the beach. I liked it a lot, I would come back more times whenever possible. I felt at home.

Everything went according to plan, no unforeseen circumstances. The Studio is in a very quiet place and close to everything Cesar was always very helpful and promptly attended to me every time I needed it. Weekly cleaning helps a lot, careful staff. Would recommend!

We held a family meeting on the long holiday of Easter and Tiradentes, and it was a divine experience. The house is very spacious but at the same time cozy, everyone in our group praised a lot. All rooms and bathrooms are well taken care of, and the outdoor areas of the pool, mini-golf, and playground and lake are great. The terrain really is very large, you can be losing in there. And always a calm and quiet. The service was also great, Denilde answering all the questions and always available, the caretaker Juari very attentive, even took the children of our group to fish in the lake. These were wonderful days and we certainly want to repeat. Congratulations to the whole team, thank you so much for everything!

The house is amazing.. very well taken care of and is exactly as it says in the listing. We had a very good holiday at Rodrigo's house and Eva's presence and care made all the difference.

The place is very nice, very well accommodated our family of 12 adults. I emphasize the extreme good taste of the leisure space, the balcony with the barbecue, connected to the kitchen and the pool, barbarian! The land is huge, it even has a space where there are pigs, sheep, horses and a cow with its calf! Very cool! I recommend hiring Simone, an angel who took great care of our family! She and Marco were extremely considerate of us - our dogs especially loved Marco's patience! We'll be back!

We stayed from 02/14 to 02/16 and had a great experience... The house is very cozy with a spectacular view of the Atlantic Forest... A beautiful trail that leads to the beach, very isolated and extremely private... We were in 4 families and it was really a lot of fun... In a future opportunity, we will certainly return...

I was with my family on the New Year, 15 people. Very good, spacious house, perfectly accommodated everyone. Very cozy. All equipped. Fabio is a great host. Super indico hiring diarista Jô, super pro-active and hands-on. Air conditioning in the rooms was a plus as it was very hot the days. Playroom already equipped for children. The condominium is very beautiful, super quiet. To improve I would indicate to have a modern barbecue or barbecue space because the house deserves. Of the rest, everything perfect. Voltaria for sure! :)

We spent the carnival family , and everything was perfect .. The house is exactly the same as the ad , easily accessible , for those who do not like to leave the house to go in long markets, there is a market near the condominium and you find everything in it . The house is wonderful. Disposition of the rooms very well planned and integrated, making everything very comfortable and everyone can interact at all times. It has many household utensils, a complete house. The town hall could easily live there. Swimming pool, great sauna. Top Area (rooftop) super cool. All very clean and organized. Adriano responds quickly and is very requested.

Carlos has always been very helpful, from the first contact. The place is impeccable with great kitchen structure, utilities, etc. The leisure space is shared with other units (swimming pool, barbecue area) and everything is very well maintained and cared for. The road to the beach is by a beautiful trail with remnants of preserved Atlantic Forest, which lasts about 15 min ( by foot). If you are with children, use the car to the Orla. Carlos allowed the use of two bikes, which allowed us to walk through almost the entire Riviera. We'll come back more often, for sure.
