Townhome vacation rentals in Central America

We stayed at Ilya's condo for a week and really loved the location! The condo is a 3 minute walk to the north end of Coco beach and a 3 minute walk to the restaurants, bars, and grocery store in the Las Palmas neighborhood. We also walked into downtown Coco a lot, but that was a little farther, maybe 15 mins. My favorite part of the condo was the rooftop terrace. We sat up there in the mornings drinking coffee and listening to the ocean waves. And in the evening, the sunsets were amazing! Ilya was a great host. He sent us recommendations for restaurants, activites, beaches to see, etc. He was very thorough at check-in, showing us features of the condo and around the complex. I'd recommend staying here to anyone interested in great views and close proximity to the Coco beach.

Perfect place for our three generation family trip. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Lots of gathering spaces and excellent location to just pop outside quickly for a coffee or a meal. Fairly quiet and the cleaning ladies are just gems! The kids loved to dip in the pool after a hot outing and the ACs worked great for an afternoon nap. We didn’t cook at all as there are so many restaurants within walking distance.

Todo ordenado. El alojamiento es tal cual se describe en la publicación. El acceso es muy sencillo y se encuentra en un fraccionamiento privado muy cerca de la zona centro de Antigua. Excelente alojamiento

Como en casa!!! Desde que llegamos nos sentimos muy cómodos, casa amplia, limpia, ordenada, con todos los utensilios de cocina necesarios. La casa está en una zona tranquila alejada del bullicio del centro pero se llega en una agradable caminata de unos 10-15 minutos. Se puede descansar muy bien. Es una zona super segura, con una agradable vista al volcán. Las tiendas, farmacias y restaurantes más cercanos están a pocas cuadras de distancia. Si volvemos a Antigua sin dudarlo nos quedaríamos aquí nuevamente.

We had a great stay at this little apartment in Santa Teresa! It was very clean, super centrally located, and just a short walk (300m) to the beach. The area felt safe, with all restaurants and bars within walking distance. The cleaning lady was lovely, and the overall price-to-value was excellent. Highly recommend!

Excelente ubicación lejos del centro pero se puede caminar fácilmente hacia allá y en 15 minutos estás en el parque, menos caótico, la piscina tiene buena temperatura. El servicio adicional de cocina es muy bueno. Las asistentes llegan diario a limpiar y eso ayuda muchísimo.

Condominio tranquilo, la casa cumplía con todo lo que se puede necesitar para hospedarse. Sin ninguna queja.

Jim’s place was beautiful, clean and private ! Great getaway ! Jim was very responsive and very attentive! 100 percent recommended.

I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! The apartment was modern, exceptionally clean, and in pristine condition. It was also very easy to find. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the sense of security being in a gated community with 24-hour security made me feel completely safe. I also really appreciated that the host accommodated my early check-in after a long flight and drive to Ocho Rios. The complimentary teas were such a thoughtful touch and exactly what I needed! The location was perfect close to local restaurants and everything I needed. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ocho Rios. A definite 10/10!

Jeff and Michelle were responsive and caring hosts. They made our month's stay easy and enjoyable. The condo is in the area of West End that where we enjoy staying. It is close to town and many of the shops, great restaurants, and dive shops can be found. Yet, the immediate surroundings possess a peaceful and quiet charm. When the sea winds are calming blowing, the atmosphere can be extra special. The dock over the water is a great plus, especially in early mornings and when the afternoon sun sets beyond the trees. It's a beautiful place to reflect on the day ahead or the one just past. The beds and the furniture are super comfortable and the kitchen is well-appointed. Some fun games are accessible on the living area bookshelf. We used the dock and the decks off the living area and the master bedroom in the mornings for stretching, exercise, and yoga. In the cooler evenings, we played games on the deck. Our's was a perfect stay. We can highly recommend.

I stay at Elizabeth place for 2 weeks. It was perfect for me. she was really responsive and send me a lot of good recommendation. I will be back in Antigua and looking forward to stay there again.

Somos una familia de 3 visita constantemente playa caracol , es la primera vez que nos alojamos en The Tides y nos enamoro , que volveríamos sin pensarlo.

Loved the place, it was so convenient for us, we have family that live in that area. its close to everything. Only wished it had a washer/dryer, for the amount of time we stayed there it would have came handy. Overall we were all pleased and happy there. Would definitely consider to stay there again in the near future. Thank you Raul.

The place is in a good location, easy walk to downtown. The rooftop patio has a great view and is comfortable. Had a small issue with check in but Susan and Sofia were super responsive and able to help resolve immediately. Another issue was the coffee maker was broken. I let Susan and Sofia know this and there was no effort to resolve. Otherwise a good stay.

We enjoyed this stay. The location was close to town and many other adventures. The kitchen was nicely stocked for all the meals we made. The hammocks on the back porch were really comfy for watching sunsets, rain, monkeys and birds. The shower had plenty of pressure.

El alojamiento de Beth es increíble. Todo bien limpio, organizado, cocina bien equipada, los cuartos y baños Super limpios y arreglados. La vista desde el balcon del cuarto principal (2do piso) es increíble en el amanecer y aterdecer. La piscina super rica para pasar un tiempo tomando el sol y hacer barbacoa. La verdad es que volvería nuevamente. Super recomendado!

When exploring BnB’s on the platform, I was looking for a Parish I’d never visited before. I came across a beautifully landscaped home in Mandeville. After viewing the pics of the fully stocked kitchen and reading the host reviews, I knew I’d found my spot. For an avid cook like myself this BnB brought me such joy! The entire experience was like being in my own home. From first contact to the warm personal welcome, to the clear directives thru-out the space, the well stocked amenities, to the shared guidebook, kind offerings and check-ins to assure my comfort and needs were met. Had it not been for the beauty surrounding me and waking each morning with expansive mountain views, fresh air and glorious birdsongs, I wouldn’t have known I was on travel. It was truly an experience of island hospitality. It was so great, 3 days inside my 8 day booking, I extended my stay another 11 days! Didn’t want anyone to grab the space and have to leave. Don’t think twice, book now…..if it’s available!
