Apartment vacation rentals in Central America

This was a beautiful place to stay!! Check in was easy, communication was great, and Diego was very helpful with an issue beyond their control (the water was turned off due to road construction, but they called the company promptly and water was restored almost immediately. The road was under construction while we were there, but they were making fast progress. We were able to get in and out without issues. Other reviews were very helpful (bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper). We would stay here again!

This was our first Airbnb vacation stay, and I must say—the bar has been set high! St. Claire was exceptionally clean, and both the owner and staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They truly went above and beyond the call of duty. The towels, food, and drinks were always fresh, timely, and top quality. The location itself was peaceful, private, and secure—perfect for relaxation and meditation. I was not disappointed in any way. A special thank you to Ms. Pam, who was consistently amazing in making sure everything ran smoothly. Her attention and care made a big difference. The owner’s commitment to customer service and her attention to detail was truly outstanding. Thank you for welcoming us for 7 wonderful days. We are already looking forward to our return! From the moment we booked Vanessa was very responsive & knowledgeable. She was able to provide all the insight we needed to make our trip a memorable one. She went out of her way to make sure she was there when we checked in which was really nice & caring. She checked in with us via chat during our stay to make sure everything was going smooth. The view & villa were spectacular and all we needed as a couple to be able to rest & relax. If your a big beach person def recommend checking out Playa Cochal, a short commute from the villa. Loved my stay here. Saoussen's team was quick to respond to any texts & were endlessly helpful (thanks Pablo!) Above and beyond what i expected. The casita was impeccably clean, comfortable, bright, and private. The neighbourhood was much more rustic than i expected, even based on my independent research. That is neither good nor bad, just surprising. Ultimately it suited me very well because i was not looking for a resort experience & really enjoyed the simplicity of the very small community of Playa Pelada, where everything I wanted was close: groceries were near by, Sunrise Coffee for excellent breakfasts, a handful of restaurants to choose from and the beach is 2 blocks away. I would recommend flying from Liberia to Nosara — it’s no more expensive than the shuttle van but so much faster and avoids the brutal roads. And Saoussen's team made arranging that very easy. I can be a nervous traveller, especially on my own. But they put my worries to rest by truly exemplifying Pura Vida!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Costa Rica! The property was immaculately clean and pristine, which made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The location was perfect close to everything I needed yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind. The front office staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always greeting me with a smile and offering assistance when needed. I also truly appreciated the security measures in place; I felt very safe throughout my stay. Evelin communicated with me through the entire stay and I really appreciated it! 10/10 would recommend

I couldn’t be happier with this Airbnb!! My husband and I booked Brian & Karla’s Casita for a week to enjoy our honeymoon. I wish we’d booked it even longer. This place has a way of making you feel completely unplugged from society, all the while being as modern as it gets. Pictures don’t do it justice! The wrap around balcony was perfect for evening sunsets, and the inside of the Casita was a perfect place to relax after adventuring Costa Rica. The Casita is a short drive down the mountain to Dominical, which has tons of local restaurants - Brian’s recommendations were spot on! You are also super close to Nuayaca Waterfalls, Uvita, and Manuel Antonio! Brian is an amazing host and quickly responded whenever we had questions. Him and his wife even made us dinner one night. We highly recommend this airbnb and we would book at Brian’s 1000x over! Pura Vida

I had a great week staying at Dunia’s place. It was incredibly relaxing and right by the beach. I was working the whole week and wifi was great - no issues with video calls. If I’m ever back in Maderas, I’ll be sure to stay at Dunia’s again.

We loved Nick's place! It was my husband and I's first time visiting Costa Rica and this place exceeded our expections. everything was in walking distance. beautiful beach right outside the doorsteps. listing just as described and so peaceful. very thankful we got to experience this place. we will definitely be back.

Had a great stay at Bobbi's place! The studio had everything we needed and was in a great location to have some privacy but conveniently close to everything. The couch was comfy to sleep on (not a sofa bed, though) and Bobbi gave us extra blankets for it. Would recommend this place to anyone!

This Airbnb was perfect for a two day stay in La Fortuna. It was close enough to Arenal national park and the various hot springs options as well as the numerous restaurants in and around the town itself. The heated pool inside was a nice touch in the evening. Pablo was very responsive to questions. Highly recommended!

Beautiful and clean. Harmonious! Nadine was very helpful and personable; the neighbors were welcoming and the doormen were highly respectful. Julie’s place is pristine with beautiful views of the Marina. Would love to stay again when in MoBay.🫶🏾

What can I say? Picked up by boat and brought to their beautiful beach front home on 400’ of private shoreline. Well appointed rooms with all the necessities, a very comfortable king size bed and luxury towels, walk in shower. On site, snorkeling, swimming, walks on the shore, second level boat dock to see sunrises and sunsets or lay in the sun. If you want a beautiful setting to wind down you found it! Don’t pass up this private getaway!

The stay was amazing everything was near and local there is a store located downstairs for all of your quick needs i wont stay anywhere else when i return hopefully it is always available MARIA was an amazing host she helped with restaurants and things to do while there

Totally reccomend!!!! like your own private little resort. we had the entire beach (3 min walk down a gorgeous private jungle walk way) to ourselves, so dreamy! the breakfast that you can pay extra for ($13 CAD ish) is so good and worth it! the pool is awesome! amazing value for money. Hosts are so friendly and made us feel at home instantly! wish we were there longer!

Loved this place, super close to the beach and very nice and clean.

My time in Costa Rica was great but what made it the best experience was my Airbnb with Leidy she was absolutely amazing the entire way and very helpful and communicative. I can’t wait to stay at her property again. Definitely worth it. The place was beautiful and clean and it made me forget all about my own home 😂

Cute little gem in roatan. Guy was helpful and answered all questions . Very nice quiet private location. Pool was a plus . Would stay here again

Andrey is a great host and communicator. Getting in and settled was super easy. We loved the privacy, security and grounds. Safe and gated parking - YAY! The apartment was SUPER CLEAN and had everything we needed for our stay. Lots of room to spread out and the AC worked great in the bedroom. Down-type pillows were a nice plus. I'm just sad we didn't stay long enough to enjoy the jacuzzi! I can tell that this family manages the property with LOVE.

We arrived and the place smelled very good, it was clean and nice, nice pool and jacuzzi along with a beautiful view of the city. My only complaint would be that the view of the room was totally different. The only thing you can see through the windows is a building under construction
