Apartment vacation rentals in Central America

I would recommend this place to anyone. It was just what we were looking for. The jacuzzi in the room was a gem. We were able to park right in front of our room. It felt safe and it was near town. Very kind staff… they ironed one of my shirts. 🥹

We just had a 5-day stay at Drew's apartment at Playa Grande. Absolutely loved the location, easy access in and out, walkability to the beach and restaurants, great room sizes, large deck, pool option, and excellent commucation from the owners. Definitely great value for the price!

Pike and Hillary have gone way beyond any possible expectations! They are such kindhearted and warm people, part of a beautiful family. The location is perfect - walkable to go to the center, but far enough to be in peace, enjoying the beautiful garden and relaxing on a hammock while cuddling their beautiful dogs. They made available bikes free of charge to make the commute to the center even easier. The accommodation is very quiet and comfortable. It has everything we need, and more: a comfortable bed, a fan, a functional kitchen with equipment such as a blender and a coffee machine, and a bathroom with shampoo, conditional, and shower gel. They also made available bed sheets and towels (and beach towels). The WiFi connection is stable, and they made available to us some options for excursions and tours (although they were best placed to help finding the right options and discover this beautiful island). Don’t hesitate a second! Pike and Hillary are the best hosts.

My short stay with Luz & Dale was excellent! Very clean apartment with all essentials and a beautiful little patio area in the backyard. But what stands out most is their warm welcome and hospitality. They were so helpful! I will definitely come back! I would highly recommend staying here. You won’t be disappointed!

We stayed 5 nights with my family. The apartment is very good! Nice, comfortable, spacious and, although we found dirty crockery upon entering, the apartment was clean and tidy. The complex where it is located is a bit rundown, although when we arrived they were painting. Good for that! The location is very good! Close to the beach and places to eat. Super-recommendable!

This place was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. Sue was very communicative and was very helpful/responsive. The place is in a good location, as it is right next to the airport and the strip. The laundry smelled amazing and I'd seriously like to know the detergent they use. :) I'd stay again!

This Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! The space was clean, comfortable, and perfectly suited for our needs. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was great. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. 5 stars and can't wait to come back!

Milena was a great host, her place is very nice and is located in a great area near bus stops, places to eat and stores. I would definitely stay at her place if I ever go to Nicaragua again.

Very useful for early morning arrivals at the airport. Clean, tidy, and comfortable. Very safe. I like the key systems.

Accommodation with well-equipped kitchen, Doña Blanca Rosa is very attentive to the accommodation. The apartment is a few blocks away from Playa Potrero and 10 minutes away from Playa Flamingo. The place is close to many beautiful beaches.

Don Rafita is a very special person who helps you. I didn't feel like a guest but like a friend. He helped me with many things. Very helpful. Excellent place

A nice, quiet place, close to downtown La Cruz.

The stay at Russ and Anna's place was excellent! The house is big, clean and extraordinarily equipped. The house is located on a road leading to Manuel Antonio Park (about 10 minutes), very quiet, and offers a backyard that deserves interesting and beautiful wildlife. Our daughters really enjoyed playing in the cozy pool. Russ and Anna are excellent hosts, inviting, and available. Highly recommended!

My stay here was great!

We had an amazing experience at the tree house. I am so thankful we found her listing online and decided to give it a try. I could have sat on the outdoor patio all day long watching the birds, the sunsets, and the peaceful surroundings. I loved watching the white throated magpie jays eat the papaya right off the balcony. They were so fun to watch. We loved seeing the hummingbirds and green parrots daily as well. Some evenings we heard howler monkeys and every night we were serenaded by frogs. The leaf cutter ants were also a treat to watch as they carried flowers to their house each night! Colleen provided all the information we would possibly need for the surrounding restaurants, beaches, etc. We loved Gracia the onsite restaurant and the infinity pool there. We will definitely be back. Don’t miss Coco Loco and Amigas tacos in Playa Flamingo! Also go on an excursion with Matt’s Tours C.R. Very nice place. The jacuzzi worked perfectly. But there was a construction site right in front of the balcony area where the jacuzzi is. We couldn't use the jacuzzi until after 6pm when the construction workers left, since the workers could see everything from above, and the next day in the morning the noise started at 7am. Everything else was very nice. The bed is super comfortable, clean place and WiFi works well. The area in general near malls and restaurants in zone 4.

The Host was very responsive to all our requests and accommodations; my family and I had a great time and of course next time I will book though them again, thank you for all your support and assistance.

This was a once in a lifetime experience. The unit itself was spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, but it was the breathtaking views that are unmatched. This was a last minute reservation for us and we are so glad we changed our plans to squeeze this stay in to the last part of our trip.

THE PLACE IS THE SAME AS IN THE PHOTOS, VERY BEAUTIFUL SPACE. WE JUST DIDN'T HAVE WATER FOR ONE DAY, BUT WE SOLVED IT. IN THE END, AT ABOUT 5 PM, THE WATER RETURNED AND EVERYTHING WAS FINE. THE AREA IS QUIET AND VERY CENTRAL. I RECOMMEND IT.

Me and my partner really enjoyed staying at Gabriel’s place. It was clean easy to check in the car. Elevator was pretty cool and there’s tons to do in the area walking distance. We felt safe and it was a convenient place to stay right before you headed to the airport in the morning.

The place is nice, comfortable, secure, easily accessible, and I think it's a fair price. The service of the hosts is very good and they are even pending rcordarte if you want to order breakfast !!
