Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Central America

We absolutely loved our stay. Everything within Las Catalinas was a 4 minute walk from Trevelynn’s place. The Airbnb was clean, comfortable, and exactly how we expected. Trevelynn and TropicalHomes were very helpful in planning for our stay and very responsive once we arrived. We travelled with 2 kids 2 and under, and the town was perfect for us! Pool, splash pad, open space for the kids to move around while we waited for dinner! It was a dream! Plus, Trevelynn had 2 pack and plays available so we didn’t have to fly with them!

Staying at dona Blanca's appartment made our family reuinion vacation that much more memorable! It truly felt like we stayed at a friend's place, very friendly, very responsive and truly caring for our comfort. The view is just stunning! Every morning I got the chance to enjoy the paved roller skating rink while enjoying the breeze and view on johnny cay. My son enjoyed the play parc that is just across the street from the building. 24hrs security and card scanning system brought us peace of mind. Mind you, the appartment does not have hot water, though honestly... with the 27 degree+ weather.... a colder shower was really welcomed!! :) The AC units are in all the rooms & the main room. The breeze was so lovely in the evening that we barely needed the AC in the main room anyhow. Within 15 minutes, you access the Malecon...which is an amazing place with shops, hotels, amazing beach and an outdoor gym. Renting a Mulita is a must!! Boat ride to the Aquarium is a must !!

Niclas and Jason were super quick to respond and easy to communicate with, the place is clean, safe/secure, and even better than the photos, and you can walk to (or easily catch a bus to) everything you could ever want or need. Jason hooked us up with local tips and an exceptional tour guide. The courtyard on the property is amazing; perfect temperature pool, new grill, hammocks, tables, lawn chairs, and even a lookout tower with a view. The surrounding areas were loud and busy until about 10-11pm, so if you like to go to bed early, this might not be the best place for you. We loved it and will be sure to tell our friends and family. Extra bonus if you can rent all three units on the property at once with a group and have the property to yourselves, but even if you don’t there is still plenty of space and amenities to share and have privacy.

This is my 3rd visit. It was convenient to be able to walk to the plaza across from the accommodation, the house was neat and tidy, and the host's active and quick communication stood out. I would like to express my gratitude to him for being so kind and grateful, and I will visit again in September! See you soon!

lage war perfekt um zu Fuß den hip strip entlang zu gehen und gleichzeitig Ruhe zu haben. dead end beach und sunset beach waren schnell erreicht. tv und wlan funktionierten einwandfrei. Es gab sogar die Möglichkeit zu kochen und zu waschen wenn gewünscht. Sehr empf

Fue una linda experiencia, mi perrito estuvo tranquilo, en el corredor pudimos sentir el atardecer lindo, en el área para fumar todo agradable, limpio, Rosy atenta, súper recomendable para estar como en casita.

I stayed in the studio for two months and absolutely loved it. I can definitely recommended Sonia and her listings. The saff was also friendly and responsive. The place is only a quick uber to central park and the area is quite at night. We'll worth it.

Muy acogedor el apartamento, una zona muy tranquila y segura. Apartamento muy limpio. Los dueños responden muy rápido y son super amables.

I definitely recommend the apartment for a solo traveler. Very safe and secure! Please be mindful there are a few ants that appear, but I didn’t take off any stars for that because it is Costa Rica after all. The climate is just one where small critters can thrive. Just keep the apartment clean and free of food so that the ants aren’t attracted to the apartment. Clean apartment, comfortable, and great views of the city. Great amenities. Not necessarily close to center city, but is in an area that’s safe especially for solo travelers. I would recommend it and stay here again myself.

Excelente ubicación, está cerca del Parque la libertad, donde hay áreas de comida y un supermercado. El apartamento es limpio y tranquilo, ideal para una estancia sin preocupaciones, ya que cuenta con todo lo necesario para estar cómodo. Mauricio es muy buen anfitrión, está siempre al pendiente y responde rápido. Sin duda alguna, volvería a elegir su hospedaje, super recomendado.
