Private suite vacation rentals in Central America

We recently stayed at Casa pasola and really enjoyed it. The studio was just as we expected from the pictures and descriptions. Location was perfect. A quick two minute walk to the beach and nice and quiet for relaxing on the screened porch. Tommy and Jen were very responsive and set up transportation to and from the airport for us. As Jen was away, Tommy was very welcoming, friendly and helpful even inviting us for a beer with him and his family. It's a close community that is very laid back. A perfect fit for us.thanks Jen and Tommy!

What a little haven for some rest and relaxation! Perfectly situated on a dead end street on one of the highest spots in Utila, there is no thru traffic and a great breeze. You’ll feel like you’re at a resort when you pull into the gated driveway. There were four of us and we really liked coming “home” to the pool after a long day in the sea. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and the beds comfortable.

I cannot say enough good things about my stay here. It was nothing less than amazing. The property is so beautiful and peaceful. Shamori was always onsite keeping the grounds immaculate and was so friendly with the best smile! He even provided us with coconut jelly from fresh coconuts he cut down. I saw another review that mentioned dog poo everywhere and I didn't see any at all, not once. (Neptune is the sweetest btw and so well trained.) Ms Diana's cooking was so good. Everything we had was amazing. We tried about 20 things on the menu and there wasn't one we didn't like. Everything was so fresh and flavorful. And there was plenty of it too! We were able to keep our leftovers in the fridge to snack on. Ms Lilith and Ms Sheril were so sweet and were there for us if we needed anything at all. We did venture out a few times with Mr Nigel who was able to accommodate us whenever we needed. We cannot wait to go back!

I had such a relaxing time at Alvaro’s place. The kitchen was well stocked which made listening to music and cooking lots of fun. The place was clean and cozy. I’d happily stay again. I would recommend having a car for this location though. I did not, and I made it work, but it would have been even better if I had.

Donna is truly amazing. She has a great soul and very accommodating. It felt at home and the location by the beach makes this place priceless. It’s right by the beach. You can hear the ocean at night and see the sunset right back the balcony and just a few short steps through an open backyard area with the softest grass. It’s private at the end. We couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommended.

Charle Sue’s place is exactly as described. The location is in the mountains about 15 minutes away from Montego Bay. It is in the middle of paradise. Charle Sue is a great host. She is very attentive without being over bearing. The room is exactly as pictured. It is perfect for a short stay or great for longer stays for digital nomads. It is perfectly peaceful. There are various transportation options to get up and down the mountain including Uber. You just have to be patient and plan about 40 minutes in advance.

Wow! What an epically beautiful place. I highly recommend this AirBNB, Playa Negra, and Costa Rica. Words cannot express how awesome this trip was. We had a family of 5 (kids: 6,4,4). The beach and pool at the AirBNB were exceptional. And Playa Negra beach was very close for great wave action. The town of Playa Negra is charmingly perfect (coffee shop, a couple restaurants, small market). We are grateful for the experience.

Ligia foi uma anfitriã incrível! Muito proativa, sempre disposta a ajudar e sempre atenta, perguntando se precisávamos de algo. Extremamente amável e atenciosa. Ela nos encontrou no aeroporto e fomos caminhando até a casa, que fica bem perto. Ligia foi na frente, nos guiando com toda a paciência e simpatia. Para quem estiver com pouca bagagem, o trajeto a pé é super tranquilo. A casa é linda, espaçosa, com um quintal super agradável, internet que funcionou muito bem, banheiro com água quente e uma geladeira excelente. Fica pertinho das principais áreas de entretenimento, o que facilita muito para aproveitar a ilha. A localização também é ótima, com um supermercado logo em frente. Amamos a experiência! E, com certeza, se voltarmos a San Andrés, ficaremos lá novamente.

Great hospitality would definitely recommend

unser Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Andres und Marlou sind sehr nette und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Auch noch zu erwähnen ist ihr Hund Nala und Katze Zazou, die einem den Aufenthalt versüssen.

All I can say is I would stay here anytime I’m doing a solo trip to Jamaica. Richard was THE BEST Airbnb host I’ve ever had hands down. The price was a steal. the location was right in the middle of the fun and the adventures such as the rooftop to chill and the room itself.. chefs kiss. Simply put, stay here. Richard is respectful, professional, and overall just a kind hearted great person who truly cares.

El lugar es muy bonito con un espacio bastante confortable para despejarse de la vida cotidiana de la ciudad, la atención es muy buena por parte de los anfitriones, además de ser un sector bastante calmado para descansar o disfrutar en familia, se recomienda en su totalidad.

This has been one of our absolute favorite Airbnb experiences! The villa is fully equipped with everything you could need and more. We especially enjoyed the peaceful mornings on the balcony, the outdoor shower, and the stunning natural surroundings. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, with excellent communication throughout our stay. We truly hope to return someday!

Excelente!! Tal cual se muestra en fotos. El lugar muy limpio, cómodo y de fácil acceso. Cerca de múltiples comercios pero alejado del bullicio, lo que lo hace ideal para descansar. Muy satisfechos.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay. We felt at ease both in the home and on the property. Our suite opened to an oasis of naturally landscaped outdoor space of ponds, streams, a river and inviting sitting areas. The home provided everything to meet our needs including cooking meals. We highly recommend this home and the area.

Me enamoré del jardín y las vistas al volcán de Agua, mis perritos se la pasaron rebién en todas las instalaciones. Todo quedaba muy cerca caminando, el lugar es muy silencioso y tranquilo. El único contratiempo que tuvimos fue que nuestra habitación no tenía cocina, que fue mi culpa por no verificarlo en la descripción de la habitación al momento de reservar, para la próxima si voy a reservar con cocina, aunque no fue inconveniente para pasarla súper bien ya que hay muchas opciones cerca de las instalaciones. :) Otro detalle muy importante y que es difícil de encontrar en las demás opciones de Airbnb Antigua, es que teníamos parqueo adentro de las instalaciones, esto es lo máximo, porque en semana santa es difícil encontrar parqueo y si lo encuentras es sumamente caro. Definitivamente volveremos a reservar con Timo en este lugar tan hermoso. Muchas gracias por todo, hasta pronto 👋🏻

The space was exactly like the photos and the area was walkable and quiet. Very comfortable with all the amenities you need for your stay. Will stay again once it’s available.

Me gustó mucho la estadía con Ángela. Responde rápido y las indicaciones eran perfectas así como el lugar. Hay aire acondicionado y el lugar es tranquilo.

Words and pictures do not do this place justice, an absolute gem. Everything from the host’s communication, the tranquility of checking in, the locale and view, this place is an absolute dream. I myself am from San Ramon but traveled with my family and the view is breathtaking to say the least. The Peacefulness and studio condition itself adds to the beauty and tranquility. I cannot recommend this place enough, only problem we had was leaving it behind and returning back home. Thank you Felix and Maria, our trip was complete with the absolute enjoyment of this place.

Wir haben drei Nächte dort verbracht. Hätte es unser Zeitplan zugelassen, wären wir auch länger geblieben. Julio ist ein toller Gastgeber. Er half uns weiter, wie wir am besten weiterreisen und wir durften unser Gepäck auch nach dem Check-Out dort unterbringen. Under er hat sehr süße Katzen (keine Angst, die sind nicht in der Unterkunf)!
